Samsung has contacted Mr*** regarding his concerns on 10/03/16. Mr*** was sent an email advising due to his television being deemed physical damage there will be no accommodations. Follow up emails were sent to Mr*** on 10/04, 10/& 10/to which
Samsung received no response from Mr***. The claim has since been closed. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case. I am rejecting this response because:This is the third time now a Samsung authorized technician has came outThis technician stated that he hopes this will be the last Samsung washing machine he will have to work onHe will be retiring from doing Samsung at the end of the yearHe states that he has ran into my issue beforeSamsung washing machines were not designed to fill up enough water to clean the clothesI explained that before it seemed to clean properly and to please go through the diagnostic processHe contacted Samsung tech supportThey explained that this is a common problem and the only thing they can say is to run the washing machine on heavy duty, add additional water to make the clothes heavy, or to stuff the washing machine completely packedThis is cause the sensor to add more water. When you purchase a $washing machine, one you don't expect to have toward your clothes before you wash your clothesAlso why would you have different settings but only able to use one that will actually clean your clothesTwo why is there no middle for the clothes either its inches of water or completely filledNo in betweenAccording to both the new technician and the Samsung tech support stated that the machine seems to be functioning to specificationsBut that also this is a problem with this specific model of machineIf you loosely fill your load the clothes on top do not get wet.....throughout the entire cycleThis is not what a washing machine is supposed to doSamsung is aware that it is a faulty design and even tell the consumer that they should make the clothes wet before washing or only use one settingThis makes no sense and Samsung should be held responsible for a poorly designed unit. I have worked with Samsung and been patient throughout this processI even stood behind the product after three technicians have stated that these units were designed poorly and that I should not expect my clothes to get cleanBut then when the tech support told the last technician that this a common issue that Samsung is aware of and that the only thing we can do is work to get the clothes clean or just use one setting on the unit, I give! I am asking that my money be refundedI do not have the luxury of being able to just go buy a new washing machine and I do not intend to let this goWhen you have a faulty product your replace it According to all three technicians all of the top load washing machines work poorly and do not get the clothes clean. Please refund me me my money so that I may get a new washing machine for my family

I am rejecting this response because:Incorrect statements in the reply from Samsung USA (Revdex.com) to my complaint.Samsung stated:"Samsung has contracted the customer to address their concerns" , is not correct After the attempt to repair the TV by the first Samsung authorized repair facility in which the repair station stated to me that Samsung advised them to replace the "main panel" which did not correct the issue, I contacted Samsung (Samsung did not contact me) to inquired what is the status of my repair since the "main panel" did not fix the issue It was during that telephone conversation (when I contacted them) I was very surprised to learn that Samsung stated that their records state that the TV works normally The first repair facility captured and submitted video recordings of the problems they saw before and after the "main board" was replaced In addition, the first Samsung service repair company made comments that the picture quality was very bad (after the "main board was replaced) The Samsung repair facility stated that they do not understand how Samsung engineering department can determine the TV "works normally" just based on the videos set to them and acknowledged that the poor picture quality is/was difficult if not impossible to see in the videos and a human would have to be in front of the TV to see the problemI asked that question to the low level Samsung support representative...how can Samsung engineering determine the TV operates just from the videos that were sent to them from the first repair facility and that repair facility acknowledges that there is a display problem It was then that Samsung support offered to send out a different Samsung repair facility for "another opinion" That second Samsung repair facility only schedules appointment day in advance of a propose service call which makes it very difficult for me to schedule myself available as I schedule my appointments or days ahead of time. I am still waiting for the second Samsung repair facility to contact me to set up a mutually agreed upon date and time of their service call
