I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].
I cancelled this policy due to the vehicle being sold. I contacted [redacted] immediately and was advised to paid what was owed which I did and then there would be no balance and the policy would be closed. There was no additional money owed. I shouldn't have been charged any additional months. This is an over charge and needs to be removed and taken off my credit this is Fraud and is illegal.

revolves around an insurance policy that cancelled on 08/01/11 due to
non-payment. When the policy cancelled there was still a balance due for insurance
coverage provided from the date of last payment through the cancellation date.
Notwithstanding
the above, we have agreed with Mr. [redacted]’s request to not contact him further
regarding this matter. Accordingly, we have closed this account in our office
and instructed the Credit Reporting Agency (CRA) to delete the account. Please
note that we cannot control the speed in which the CRA acts upon our request
and we recommend giving them at least thirty (30) days to update their records.

with our office and Mr. [redacted] will hear nothing further from us in regard to
