We could never get ahold of them. They do not respond to questions. Don't waste your money. Totally unprofessional!
Best company I could ever have had on my side and will fight for you to make sure you get your money's worth !
We had the chance to talk to this company hoping they can help us with our mortgage problem. We are 2 months behind and was hoping that we can make some modification and this company promised to help. At first it sounded promising, they said they can help and was eager to start right away. First thing they did is send us the paper stating we authorize them to deal with our mortgage directly with our servicer. Second, they told us that we can start paying $1500 then $1300 down to $1200 for the last 2 months. Thinking that this will directly pay our lender, we agreed. They never mentioned that these payments are paid to them and not to our lender. I paid $1000 the same week we agreed on the payment, and yet I have a gut feeling after I paid the first $1000 dollars that something is wrong. I called them right away and made sure that I was not scammed. The guy I talked to assured me that everything was good and nothing is missed. When I asked him about the communication between them and my lender, he could not even provide an info that they called them and that he said everything was internal. I was even scolded that I called my own lender. I told him that it is my business to call them to make sure that they know Roosevelt Law center is working to resolve my case. I was not convinced and I asked for a paper trail that would show that they are truly working with our lender. He could not even show me a piece of paper that they did. Then I realized that the money I paid was not paid toward my lender but to them. They did not care if I miss the next 4 months of my mortgage because they want me to pay them first. The likelihood of this scenario is I will lose my house way before this company will even attempt to help me. These people know full well what will happen and yet I was not informed of how it will be. I told them I will not continue on with my business with them and I want my $1000 back. My plea was replied by false promises. They can not give the money back because of all the work they did. When I said what work did they do to my case? They could even provide a single piece of paper that they did work on my case. Eventually I was told that they could only give me $250 back and I have to sign another paper for it. Until now I am still waiting for that refund. This company and the people that work there are fraud. They never really tell you everything you need to know. I was gullible because I was hoping that someone honest would truly help me, I was wrong. I am not a rich person I worked for my money, and yet these people don't even care. I lost my $1000 but I least I did not lose my house to these scammers. They are friendly but BE AWARE.
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I received the same email from [redacted] on Thursday, September 22. I had responded to him 'That's fine. you can call me Monday Tuesday Phil 646-210-6992.'When I did not hear from [redacted] on Monday, I called his 'direct line' listed on his email. It was not a direct line, instead it was a machine. I left a message, and let him know I would be available to talk any time on Tuesday. Needless to say - he never returned my call. I called him today and left another message on his 'direct line'.

Dear [redacted] RE: Case # [redacted] Thank you for taking the time and bringing this client’s complaint to our attention, we truly appreciate the opportunity to respond. Our firm takes pride in our high customer satisfaction and service...
standards, and our team members have and will continue to work diligently and zealously to ensure that we do not have a single unsatisfied client. We are disappointed to hear that the above referenced client is unsatisfied with our work on her file. We have and will continue to work hard to resolve the issue at hand with Client ID [redacted], (Client), in order to ensure that Client is aware of the tremendous efforts our firm has made to assist her. Currently we are preparing a detailed package for Client’s own review and assessment, to be sent out to her shortly, of our continual efforts during the past 9 months on her file. This package includes the detailed activity notes on her file including communication with her Lender, and a copy of the numerous Loss Mitigation packages submitted to the Lender on her behalf. Clients file with the Lender is currently in the appeal process and we were waiting for a response from the Lender before Client requested for the termination of our services. As referenced by Client, on 1/4/16, we were told by a representative of the Client’s Lender that Client has been approved for a trial modification on her property. Within the next day on 1/5/16, we contacted Client’s Lender, to confirm the information provided to us by the Lender’s agent, and we were told by another agent of the Lender, that the previous agent had mistakenly given us this information and they apologized for the miscommunication. We notified the Client of all this information provided to us by the Lender, since here at our firm it is our common practice to inform our Client’s of all the details on their file. Although, this matter was very frustrating to Client, this was out of our control and it was caused by the inadvertent negligence of the Lender’s agent. Please note that we will continue our efforts to communicate the Client as to this matter. I encourage and welcome you to contact me with any further questions and concerns, and I thank you for all your time and consideration. Dear [redacted],
RE: Case # [redacted]
Thank you for notifying our firm of ID# [redacted] concerns. Our Firm prides itself in our customer service, customer satisfaction, review process, and compliance; and it is of utmost importance to us that our clients are satisfied with the work and services we provide for them. Our team members have and will continue to work diligently and zealously to ensure that we do not have a single unsatisfied client, much less a complaint on any level. Therefore, we have and will continue to work hard to resolve this issue with Client ID [redacted], (Client), in order to ensure she is aware of the tremendous effort our firm made to assist her, and the below details of why her case was delayed.
The above-mentioned Client first contacted our firm in April, of 2015. Our review department exhausted all considerable solutions before accepting the case. Our firm was forced to close out the case recently due to Client’s own decision to short sale the at issue property. Our staff members worked attentively and diligently, interacting with the Lender and the Client to deliver the best result possible.
It is important to state that this complaint from Client is a result of Client’s own repeated inability to send the necessary, and time-sensitive documents, to our firm per our requests. Our staff requested important income and tax documentation over a dozen times from the client, however these documents were promised to be provided yet never delivered resulting in delay of submission to the Lender and delaying the entire process. Despite the fact that Client continually failed to deliver necessary documents, to our firm or the lender, our team members worked hard to communicate these issues to both Client and Lender.
Our records will further indicate that Client’s Loan-Mod File was submitted to the Lender by our firm four times, once in May, another in June, in July and a resubmission was in process sent on August 23rd, before Client decided to short Sale her property. Client indicated to us in her final record phone call, that she decided to short sale the property due to “getting tired of the Lender.” Our firm worked very hard to bring fort the best results possible, and the Lender at all times was open to negotiations with our firm, however due to the short sale there was nothing else our Firm was able to do. Also, despite clients claim our law firm has never advertised in print or local newspapers at Laurel, MD.
The Firms Compliance department has reached out to Client to ensure all of her concerns are addressed, however, we have not yet to hear back. But, we will continue to work diligently to speak with Client in order to reach a favorable settlement.
Below is a list of times Client was contacted by our Firm:
April 16, 2105; April 17, 2015; April 20, 2015; April 24, 2015; April 27, 2015; April 30, 2015; May 5, 2015; May 6, 2015; May 11, 2015; May 15, 2015; May 18, 2015; May 21, 2015; May 27, 2015; June 1, 2015; June 4, 2015; Jun 8, 2015; June 10, 2015; June 13, 2015; June 17, 2015; June 25, 2015; July 2, 2015; July 7, 2015; July 9, 2015; July 13, 2015; July 21, 2015; July 29, 2015; Aug 4, 2015; Aug 7, 2015; Aug15, 2015; Aug 23, 2015; Aug 28, 2015; Sep 4, 20

Lynette at Roosevelt Law Center was absolutely great. She helped my wife and I keep our home and has been an absolute blessing! Thank you Roosevelt!
My hat's off to Roosevelt Law Center! I began working with my Lender and they only were concerned about putting me in foreclosure, I was just a number not a person that loved their home. I was loosing hope until I spoke with James G at HPA and he put me at ease and began the process of a modification. James was extremely professional, extremely knowledgable and very thorough in the information he needed from me and gave me much encouragement which I needed at that time. James than introduced me to Roosevelt Law Center. I received a call from Lisa T, Lisa kept me in the loop on the whole process. Lisa knowledge of this market and her communication skill are second to none. If I ever had any questions, she would return my call immediately and always put me at ease...she treated me and my home like it was her home like I was family. I have to say my experience with James and Lisa was a breathe of fresh air...They SAVED my home. Roosevelt Law Center is a Blessing and Lisa and James bring the Blessing to you. If you are in foreclosure or on the edge of being in foreclosure you MUST contact James and Lisa. Thank You again Roosevelt Law Center...Lisa and James, the sun is shining again!

I would like to personally and professionally thank all the legal staff at Roosevelt Law Center PC. I was referred to them Homeowner Protection Alliance (HPA). HPA got me on the phone with the mortgage company Cenlar, and which led to me finding out that all three of my properties (my main property along with my two investment properties) were in foreclosure with active scheduled auction dates. As a small business owner, I understand how important a company's reputation is. Thus I wanted to make sure to thank them by not only making a testimonial video, but also making sure I notified the Revdex.com of the resolutions I received with their legal assistance. Customer service, communication, the tenacity they showed in going after the lender who had ignored my requests for help for over 6 months. The legal staff at Roosevelt settled with the foreclosure attorney representing each of the lenders, as well as resolved my past due amounts so I could keep all three properties. I have referred the firm to several business acquaintances I have who are in the same industry as I. I hope my positive Revdex.com review, the video I made for the website, and this letter can be thank you for all your hard work. My family thanks you.
The RLF played an integral part in helping our family save our home from being lost. All of our attempts to communicate were successful. All deadlines were met. The expertise by the staff was helpful in dealing with the endless red tape produced by the mortgage company we were forced to deal with. Every encounter was very professional. We were kept informed at each step of the process. The RLF kept all commitments. We were extremely pleased with their services.

Review: I found this company in our local newpapers advertisement in [redacted], MD called about there Loan modification services while I was going thru the process the attorney that work for the company stated that we have to pay them in the amount of $1300 on the 4/20/15,5/20/15,6/20/15 in total of $3,900 so after those 3 months were over and I got a letter from our mortgage company stating that I didn't get the loan modification. Before I signed the contract over voice recorded system they had for there company stated that we should receive some of the money back if they fail to help us with the loan modification so after numerous attempts and calls to them no replies and I feel like this company is a scam because they are not professional at all. I will like to get something resolved sooner rather than later and me filing this complaint hopefully this will be a taking care of. I'm a single mother and it was very very hard for me to come up with this amount for this company to represent me total failed and I havent heard a word from this company. On there voice mail states that they will have someone call back in 24 hours but that is a lie.Desired Settlement: I will like for this company to be professional as they said they would which is a lie and get some of the money I worked hard to get for them to help me with my loan modification.

Review: I hired this law firm to aid in our remodification of our home mortgage. Not only did they accept our funds but in the long term they were extremely difficult to work with . Never answered the phones. Rarely returned calls. And our remodification which we were told would be less interest and less payment is actually the exact same. It took over the amount of time quoted. I was quoted 90-120 days it has exceeded 6 months. I am completly dissatisfied with the services and regret ever doing business with them.Desired Settlement: I think it needs to be checked to see if they are really a creditable firm. Or just taking advantage of people in the position we were in. I believe that we paid them $4650 to do what we could have done on our own with our lender. They have lied and are not ever available to answer questions.

We take our customer service, review process, and compliance very seriously. Our staff has worked diligently to ensure that we do not have a single unsatisfied client, much less a complaint on any level. Please see the brief synopsis below for Case ID#[redacted]:Client contacted us in June of 2014, and at that time they were delinquent on their mortgage, and foreclosure proceedings had alreadybegun. We began an immediate review oftheir case, contacted our associate attorney, and conducted a joint conference call with theclients and their mortgage company ([redacted]). During the conference call, the clients were made aware that they were eligibleto apply for homeowner's assistance through [redacted] or bring their account current. After the conference call the clients decided theywould rather have our office represent them instead of dealing with their lender directly.File was submitted to [redacted] and follow-up subsequent documents were sent to [redacted] as well as regular inbound/outbound calls(conversation log can be provided to substantiate statement).
