We had the chance to talk to this company hoping they can help us with our mortgage problemWe are months behind and was hoping that we can make some modification and this company promised to helpAt first it sounded promising, they said they can help and was eager to start right awayFirst thing they did is send us the paper stating we authorize them to deal with our mortgage directly with our servicerSecond, they told us that we can start paying $then $down to $for the last monthsThinking that this will directly pay our lender, we agreedThey never mentioned that these payments are paid to them and not to our lenderI paid $the same week we agreed on the payment, and yet I have a gut feeling after I paid the first $dollars that something is wrongI called them right away and made sure that I was not scammedThe guy I talked to assured me that everything was good and nothing is missedWhen I asked him about the communication between them and my lender, he could not even provide an info that they called them and that he said everything was internalI was even scolded that I called my own lenderI told him that it is my business to call them to make sure that they know Roosevelt Law center is working to resolve my caseI was not convinced and I asked for a paper trail that would show that they are truly working with our lenderHe could not even show me a piece of paper that they didThen I realized that the money I paid was not paid toward my lender but to themThey did not care if I miss the next months of my mortgage because they want me to pay them firstThe likelihood of this scenario is I will lose my house way before this company will even attempt to help meThese people know full well what will happen and yet I was not informed of how it will beI told them I will not continue on with my business with them and I want my $backMy plea was replied by promisesThey can not give the money back because of all the work they didWhen I said what work did they do to my case? They could even provide a single piece of paper that they did work on my caseEventually I was told that they could only give me $back and I have to sign another paper for itUntil now I am still waiting for that refundThis company and the people that work there are fraudThey never really tell you everything you need to knowI was gullible because I was hoping that someone honest would truly help me, I was wrongI am not a rich person I worked for my money, and yet these people don't even careI lost my $but I least I did not lose my house to these scammersThey are friendly but BE AWARE

I would like to personally and professionally thank all the legal staff at Roosevelt Law Center PC I was referred to them by a non profit housing agency, upon finding out that all three of my properties (my main property along with my two investment properties) were in foreclosure with active scheduled auction dates As a small business owner, I understand how important a company's reputation isThus I wanted to make sure to thank them by not only making a testimonial video, but also making sure I notified the Revdex.com of the resolutions I received with their legal assistance Customer service, communication, the tenacity they showed in going after the lender who had ignored my requests for help for over monthsThe legal staff settled with the foreclosure attorney representing each of the lenders, as well as resolved my past due amounts so I could keep all three properties I have referred the firm to several business acquaintances I have who are in the same industry as I I hope this statement on the Revdex.com can be thank you for all your hard work My family thanks you

I was very transparent with this agencyThey had an intake process and during this time, the housing counselor stated that the worst case scenario would be that my payments would remain the samePer Craig's words, I withheld information that is untrueI gave and told them everything they needed to know and even info that is protected by HIPPAAdditionally, I asked for documentation weeks ago so the packet they are referencing is taken an extra long time to get to meThis agency was very deceitful and continues to be

My home was literally going to auction and Roosevelt Law Center helped postpone the auctionMy loan was about to be granted a modification when my loan was soldRoosevelt worked with me almost two years combined and we finally a trial loan modification
Each of the associates I worked with at Roosevelt seemed genuinely interested in helpingTheir actions supported my perception as they were very responsive and proactively communicative

I was laid off from my job in January I searched for months and during that time found jobs but my income was severely reduced As a result, I fell behind in my 1st and 2nd mortgages and MY HOME was in foreclosure I reached out to Monira R at HPA - Home Protection Alliance She in turn contacted Roosevelt Law Center I was then introduced to William at Roosevelt Law Center I was nervous and unsure but I remained hopeful that Roosevelt Law Center could help I was then introduced to William and he walked me through the process of interacting with the lenders, Bank of America and BSI Financial William did several three-way telephone calls to communicate with the lenders to settle issues concerning last payments received, status updates of loan modification process, and inquiring of any further information needed to get me out of the foreclosure process to obtain a home modification loan again William was wonderful and remained my contact person He sent any papers over immediately from the lenders which required actions and consistently followed up with me concerning the due dates
It was a delay in the modification process with the lenders, which took approxmosHowever, William was informative, patient with me and held my hand throughout the whole process He worked really hard to help me save my home
The end result: My home loan was finally modified and I remained in my homeWilliam helped ME SAVE MY HOME My new lender issued me modification papers with my new loan amount William at Roosevelt Law Center helped me through a terrible, dark time I am VERY APPRECIATIVE and thankful to William and of the Roosevelt Law Center I would definitely recommend them to ANYONE!!!! I would like to share a recent situation that I had the the misfortune of having to go throughI had my mortgage modified with the help from the Roosevelt Law Center it turned out greatThe misfortune came when my Bank wired the money for the trial period to the wrong location and did not notify me and the mortgage company was going to do a foreclosure and I was going to lose my homeBut once again the Roosevelt Center came through and saved my Home they went beyond what I expected and was able to even have my payment reduced and and the interest rate set at 2% for the life of the loan.; My family and are very grateful and words could not express what they have done for us.We are truly blessed to have had all those at the Roosevelt Law Center on are side

I did receive the email from *** Law Center. However, it is just email communication. They can't provide me with any documentation where they sent in all of the paperwork that CitiMortgage was requesting. I did NOT originally try and work with CitiMortgage because I received a flyer that they (HPA and ***) could reduce the principal amount and lower the principal payment. So, I went directly to Homeowners Protection Alliance/*** Law Center. They did NOT call me in June. I tried to get in touch with Lynette Tyree through phone calls, messages, and emails for days after receiving a foreclosure notice. After the 3rd day of no response, I submitted the entire package to CitiMortgage myself. At that point, I ceased all communication with *** and asked them for a full refund. I have contacted CitiMortgage and they are going to provide me with the dates where they tried to contact *** with no answer or response to a message as well. After looking over the Revdex.com website, *** has pending lawsuits and multiple complaints with the same issues. It seems to be a pattern of advertisement and absolutely dropping the ball on their end to help with modifications. I do not believe that we would not have been able to keep our home had I not contacted CitiMortgage and submitted all of the paperwork on my own.

law firm possess a respected A rating with the Revdex.com*** Law Center PC at the time of this response has a 99% positive rating on the Revdex.com’s scale of 100, with posted and confirmed positive reviews from past satisfied consumersPlease review the brief synopsis below for Case ID#***: The consumers contacted our law firm in September of delinquent on their mortgage payments, unable to receive any assistance after working directly with their mortgage company for monthsOur law firm conducted a detailed review of the case, and after weeks of working with the consumers and making numerous repeated calls to consumers to gather all necessary documents, our firm was finally able to receive from the consumers and organize all the required documentation and forms On October 22nd 2016, our law firm submitted a full, organized and legal loan modification packet directly to the mortgage company via fax AND email (copies and evidence of this email were sent to consumer and can be provided) From the date of submission in October, until June, the consumer was provided CONSTANT communication and updates from our law firm via phone, via email (all emails can be documented and presented)During this period, our law firm also kept in constant communication with the revolving reviewing representatives of the mortgage company via phone and email (all emails can be documented and presented) In June of 2017, our law firm contacted the consumer via email and phone, and notified her that her case was at the final stages of review and would be approved in a matter of a few weeksThe consumer at this point took it upon herself to contact the mortgage company on her own (same mortgage company that had not assisted her original independent requests for assistance), removed our law firm as authorized third party, accepted the loan modification approval that our law firm had achieved for them, and contacted us with threatening letters and emails with a plan to slander and defame our law firm to state and bar review boardsBasically defame and slander us in an attempt to bully and take advantage of over months of honorable and valiant legal services performed As the compliance manager, I immediately emailed, and mailed to the consumer a full responseLast week on July 20th 2017, I emailed the consumer copies of ALL emails from our law firm to the mortgage company, ALL emails from the mortgage to our law firm fully documenting and demonstrating that the mortgage company was in receipt of our case submissions and constant work on the case, as well as the many emails from our law firm to the consumer making sure they received the best customer service possibleThis archive of emails also contains many emails FROM the consumer to our law firm, thanking us and showing her appreciation for our law firm’s honorable and steady client services Without being disrespectful to a past consumer/client who our law firm protected for foreclosure, and ultimately achieved a successful resolution for, (because we do respect all past consumers 99% grateful and even the 1% malicious), our law firm feels that this complaint is due to the consumer attempting to use and abuse our law firm’s honorable service and attempting to bully us into giving a refund for services that were formally performed and completed before the consumer made any payment to the law firm*** Law Center PC takes pride in the service we provide to consumers, and all of our staff are honored to have a 99% positive rating on the Revdex.com, and all other online review sitesI have attached a copy of the email I sent to the consumers on July 20th Note, that I have not provided the personal info of the consumers per Revdex.com guidelines Kind Regards and God Bless, *** *** Compliance Manager *** Law Center PC Office : 855-752-
