Dear **. [redacted]:
In response to your email of February 27, 2014, regarding consumer [redacted], our records show a [redacted] magazine subscription order was received on September 13, 2013, via a mailed in order card. Our records show her subscription...

was suspended that same day. My apologies that [redacted]’s needs were not met in her attempts to contact Rodale customer service.
[redacted]’s order was cancelled on February 26, 2014. Her account is at a zero balance due.
Please feel free to contact me if you need farther assistance.
Sincerely,

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is mostly satisfactory to me.  I did not email Rodale from my email account or I would have a copy in my Sent file.  I used their customer service form link on their website so I am quite surprised they do not have a copy of it.
I understand I will be receiving a check to my current address for some of the subscription price I already paid.  However, the refund to the credit card I used previously to subscribe to Organic Gardening might have been issued through a credit union I no longer belong to, having moved from Washington state to Arizona state last year and so closing my Washington account.  I had been subscribing to Organic Gardening for so many years that I do not remember which card I used to initially sign up.  If I used my Arizona credit union [redacted] for that charge, then I will receive the credit.
Thank you for your prompt assistance on this matter.
Regards,
[redacted]

This is a delivery and customer service issue. I subcribed to runners world in Dec 2014. I never got the magazine! Then I cancelled it and demanded my money back, I contacted Revdex.com and they got it started and extended the issue until Jul 2016. well I never got the magazine or got March issue in April NOT MARCH ALWAYS late. NEVER ON TIME!! It is suupoe to be here By the 15 of the month. But was told By Abbey it is suppose to be the 3rs of the month. BEFORE the stores. Well Today I called on Jan 20 2016 at 8.18 am Pacific time and waited 6 minutes to talk to Reba who was very rude and said she would have tocheck with supervisor to see if I could get check, since the credit card I used has been closed at My choosing. Then said Supervisor said would put request and take 4- 6 weeks to see what happens NOT acceptable. I NEVER received MY free gift back in Dec 2014 for Subscribing. I am tired of their LIES and saying it will be bethere or them acting like I am lying when I call them EVERY MONTH saying I did NOT get the magazine
Desired Outcome: I would Like my check ASAP, and an apology for their BAD customer service from Paula, Reba and Abbey. I would also LIKE NO advertising form them about all their So called special gifts and promaotions. Or if No money. My subscription extended 2 months and Guaranteed dilvery. I am tired of it NOT coming like they said and their Rude customer serviceTrans

May 12, 2014
Dear [redacted]:In response to your email of May , 2014 regarding consumer [redacted], our records do not show a payment being received from **. [redacted]. I checked with our IT department and the company that processes our credit card payments. The order for PV Flat Belly Cookbook was a billed order with a 21-day free preview. Her[redacted] card was not charged for this book. If **. [redacted] believes a payment was made for the book, she should submit proof of that payment. When I stated that **. [redacted]s account was credited 47.54, I was referring to her Rodale book account and not her [redacted] account. A credit was done so she would not continue to be billed for the book. Her account is at a zerobalance. Please feel free to contact me if you need further assistance.Sincerely,?

There seems to be no customer service department to deal with actual customer issues. Specifically I ordered and consequently returned a package of their books. That has been over 2 mos ago and I continue to get "payment due" and" payment past due" notices despite the fact that I have forwarded the return information to their customer service email. There seems to be no apparatus by which they can confirm, in-house, receipt of my return yet some how that is my problem. My suspicion is that like most periodical publishers they are relying on the formula of sending bills with the hopes of getting unsuspecting folks to pay whether they owe it or not via being confused or unsure. Luckily I kept the copy of my postal receipt of the return. Rodale is now treading on harrasment of me with the constant bills and threat letters. Obviously I will never do business with them again and I would advise others not to as well.

I order a product from Rodale, INC. with the understanding that if I would be able to review the product for 21 days and if not satisfied I could return the item at no cost. The Order was shipped to me on 4/13/16. I was not satisfied and shipped it back to the company with a delivery date of 4/30/16. As of June 9th, I am still receiving regular emails and bills by mail for payment. I proof of delivery of the item and have contacted Customer Service several times. Customer Service said it can take up to 4 weeks to process a return. It is now 6 weeks and they are continuing to contact me for payment.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:From: [redacted] <[redacted]>Date: Sat, Sep 6, 2014 at 2:08 PMSubject: RE: You have a new message from the Revdex.com of Metro Washington DC & Eastern Pennsylvania in regards to your complaint #[redacted].To: "[email protected]" <[email protected]>
I did not call the company on August 22nd regarding the two sweaters being sent back to me.  I was out of the country and when I returned on 9/2 saw the Rodales box and had it returned to sender.  This company  hung up on me when I called regarding this issue on August 22nd, nothing said about the sweaters being sent back to me!
The sweaters were poor quality in both material and workmanship which is why I called them “garbage”.
Also, I paid to return the sweaters and bra the first time sent.  Rodales did not pay for the return which I sent [redacted] and have the tracking number which reflects the cost.
Obviously, this company needs every dime they can squeeze and probably won’t be in business for long due to their products, employees and customer service.
