I got a set of DVDs from this company around last yearI never order or requested these they were not payed for and the Rodale wanted me to make check payments to them for these DvDSI talked to their customer service who Did nothing but insualt me and would not take the dvds backI even mailed them to the comapny only to have them returned to meI contacted the Revdex.com and they Got the company to stop end bills for awhile now the company is sending bills again and I believe this is showing up on my credit report I would like to have this removed from my credit report and dont know how else to go about it First complaint with Revdex.com OF PEN #*** ***I would like in writing that I am not Owing a thing for this DVD I did not order and anything to do with Rodale Books Removed from my credit history

This company is a complete scam! We received dvds with an invoice on an order we never ordered or signed up for! It took me over an hour to get someone to answer their phone after many attempts and now I am responsible to mail the package back The lady from customer was rude, she didn't believe me and said she would not argue with me when I was being as polite as I could possibly be It's such a shame that a business makes money off of innocent people and wastes very valuable time!!
