Revdex.com:
Wow, I have sent them the bill back each time explaining to them that I do not recall ordering the item, nor did I receive this said item. Apparently, they do not log their correspondence. I also sent a letter requesting more information regarding this letter and they failed to do so. This makes me furious that they pretty much have indicated that I am a liar. What ever, it's resolved. I am thankful that I do not have to pay for something I did not receive!I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Filed a complaint with Revdex.com and was promised that I would get a 14 dollar refund and that my account would be closed along with no further attempts to collect money. Sadly, I never received the 14 dollars, was told the account was closed due to non payment and was asked for money and possible collections.Desired Outcome: I would like the 14 dollars to be refunded as promised, for all efforts to collect a debt for a subscription I asked to cancel to stop, and for proof of cancellation due to my request and not due non payment.

July 10, 2015Dear [redacted]:
In response to your email of July 2, 2015, regarding consumer [redacted], our records show a Runner's World magazine subscription order was received on December 15, 2014 via a mailed in order card.
I listened to the March 5th and May 26th...

calls. I apologize for the way our customer service representatives handled these calls. A refund check was not issued. We confirmed that a refund was placed back on her credit card and have no record that the refund was rejected. [redacted] should check with the credit card company. She stated the amount was $19.98, however, our records show the cost of the subscription was $18.97.We do not have an email address on file for [redacted]. We looked for emails under the address provided in the complaint, but found none.
I apologize for all of the trouble [redacted] had with her subscription. We have entered a complimentary one year subscription that will begin with the July issue.
Sincerely,
Maggie S

Dear [redacted]:
In response to your email of January 4, 2016 regarding consumer [redacted], our records show two separate subscription orders for Bicycling magazine were received on December 17, 2015 via the Internet. The first order was a one year gift...

subscription to Michael Madden. The second order was a one year subscription with a 2016 Calendar up sell attached. Copies of the order pages and confirmation pages are enclosed. The email address used is [redacted].com. The IP Address is: [redacted].Refunds have been submitted for the $15.95 and $14.97 charges. [redacted] should have a total of $30.92 back on the credit card he made the purchases with.
I apologize for the inconvenience. At the time of [redacted]'s call with customer service, his Internet orders had already been processed. I believe the Representative was unaware there were two separate orders, as the other order was under Michael Madden's account. As a customer courtesy, the gift subscription has been extended three issues and will expire with the April 2017 issue. [redacted] will receive a three issue subscription expiring with the May 2016 issue. Please feel free to contact me if you need further assistance.
Sincerely,
Maggie S.
