Excellent part supplier. Always ships quickly, have received the correct parts every time I've ordered. All around great. They deliver on what they say they do: discount parts! Great prices on consumer grade parts. Ever since my first order I've been telling everyone I know to order parts from these folks! You even get a cool refrigerator magnet with your order!

Every time that I have placed an order with Rock Auto there has been a shipping problem. The first time they sent two of the same part and hounded the hell out of me to return it which I did at my own time and trouble. Now that I have placed another order in which I paid $50 for 3 day Fed-X shipping. I received one part the next day which was great but the other part that was order at the same time has not shown up yet and has been 8 days. I cant install the clutch with out the other parts. They have low prices but the service sucks. I am going back to using one of my local auto parts stores where I don't have this problem. My sons truck would have been repaired and back on the road by now.

I am buying car parts grom RockAuto for some five years and have always great experience..I can't decide what to put first. Excellent site,customer service ,selection of parts,decent prices and not to forget delivery to my home to Canada. Recommended to my friends . Happy to know and shop at RockAuto .

This is a great site, too good to be true. I wish this store was right around the corner. Prices are half the cost in many cases. This was my first order, and if it comes to fruition the way I think it will, I will have a long relationship with this business.

This company has messed up my orders more than once. The last one, and the last business I will ever do with them, was the worse. When I contacted them about a car part, one of their representatives "helped" me select the right one. When I received it and it didn't install correctly, they informed me that I had the wrong part. I informed them that I would like to send it back and get the right one. They informed me that they wouldn't take it back because I had tried to install it, even when it became clear that the error was on their end. They then charged my card, against my wishes, for the replacement part. I had to contest the billing (after they already stole my money). So in the end, I ended up with a useless car part, a financial struggle, and a headache. I'm not the only I know that has experienced such terrible things. If you are going to do business with them, beware, they are a shady bunch.
P.S. - Their A+ rating is total bull. When I made a complaint with the Revdex.com on this issue, they didn't resolve anything, but they closed it and reported it resolved. It wasn't, and I believe that this is the case with many of those other "resolved" complaints.

This is the second purchase I have made through RockAuto and both times have been nothing less than a pleasant experience. They have always had what I needed in stock and shipping was quick, generally taking less time than advertised.

I have always been satisfied with service and pricing.

I laove that they have parts in stock and that theirt prices are so good. I went to dealer and they wanted $549.00 for the part I needed. Rock Auto has the same part for $127.00. Which do you think I bought?

I have been using RockAuto for years now. Only had one problem where the item that was shipped had already been opened. I contacted their customer service and it was pretty much a no questions asked situation. I've been using RockAuto ever since and will continue. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

Escellent service, and I received what I ordered in perfect condition. The shipping cost was higher than expected, because Puerto Rico is a territory of the United States, so it is not to be treated as international shipping. It should be something like Alaska or Hawaii. Puerto Ricans are born american citizens, just like everyone else in any of the states. In fact, Puerto Rico has 3.7 million american citizens, more than 21 states of the union. That is why we have Advance Auto, Autozone, and Pep Boys all over the island. How about joining?

A great company with great prices. Even with shipping I generally save over my local parts stores. The shipping is always straight forward and timely. Any parts issues I've ever had have been resolved quickly over the phone with an actual person that speaks English clearly, and they've sent out the replacement part right then and there before receiving the defective part in return. Stellar!
