I am a seasoned restorer of classic cars and RockAuto is by far the best place to buy almost every auto part. Whenever I have a problem, which everyone will at some time due to many reasons, RockAuto has been more than friendly and they have bent over backwards to keep me happy. I'm so glad to know that their still exists, (hard to find in these days-and-times), a US company that has Customer Service & Value imbedded in their corporate culture. It's also refreshing to deal with their service providers because they truly seem happy. Thanks again RockAuto!

Most parts have pictures that helps me verify that what I am ordering is what I need. The drop down lists that you use to order are easy to work through and find your part.

This company is a Godsend!
I live in England, UK and own one of only five Toyota Tundras in the country. If it weren't for RockAuto the truck would be scrap because it's so difficult to obtain spares here. I've tried other websites, such as a popular auction site and invariably the parts are either faulty or broken by the time I receive them but these guys package parts with care and the packaging has always been robust enough to withstand the trip over the Atlantic, to my home. They are also always very helpful when contacted by 'phone.

I have been using rock auto for a few years now. there has been maybe 3 times when there was an issue with the parts that were delivered to me, always, rock auto took care of the issue to my satisfaction
the only issue is the fear of ordering the wrong part as descriptions seem to be from the parts mfg, a quick call to rock auto sorts it out
shipping is quick and affordable but it does take time, I often pre-order parts in anticipation of what I am going to need, I have sent some items back that I didn't need, they made it easy, use the mailing label from them as it will save you money
I maintain 2 vehicles of my own and then I service another 2 jeeps belonging to mail carriers

Absolutely awesome business. Good people, simple website and easy to use... except for the checkout options. More tooltips to describe payment methods would help here (I found out what a wire transfer was the hard way!) . but once you've got it figured out you're golden forever.

I have never been disappointed with any of the products I have purchased. Everything arrives in a safe package and promptly.
