I love using RockAuto, easy to use website to compare parts. I have used them for the past few years and they are very easy to work with. Good parts, good prices and easy returns if you make a mistake.

I have been very pleased with my experiences with Rockauto. Their prices are much lower (sometimes by half) than the local parts stores. I recently had to return a part that was mis-packaged, and the return process was nearly painless. Shipping is usually very quick-I have received parts in as little as 3 days.

Excellent pricing, multiple choices per item, detailed information and pictures, and amazingly fast delivery makes Rockauto my first parts choice for anything but absolute emergencies. And my only return ever was without drama.

Always fast service and great customer service.

I have nothing but very good things to say about rockauto. There have been very few times that I have not been able to find the part I need much cheaper than what I can find at the local stores, especially given the fact that I can purchase brands such as AC Delco and other brand names.

Review: Upon receiving my delivery the company had placed someone else's parts and packing slip in a box with my name on the outside. So I guess my parts went to this person. Clearly it was a packaging error. I called the company which would not send my parts until the wrong parts were sent back to them. This was a great inconvenience since I live jn a rural area. They would also not expedite my order which has left me waiting over 3 weeks. This company does nothing to achieve customer satisfaction when they make mistakes.Desired Settlement: This company should try to achieve a level of customer satisfaction when it makes mistakes. I was a returning customer and deserved better treatment than I received. The company could cover my shipping expenses on my order or on my core return.

We're very sorry this customer received

the wrong parts! We provided a prepaid label to return the parts and

offered either a full refund (including shipping) for the incorrect

parts or reshipment at our expense of the correct parts. The customer

requested reshipment, so as soon as the parts were in transit back to

us we reshipped the correct parts using the same shipping method

originally chosen for the order. The customer received the correct

parts 4 days after dropping the wrong parts off at FedEx. We do

require that parts be in transit back to us prior to reshipment of

additional goods and since we do not profit from shipping costs we

could not expedite the reshipment for free. As a separate

transaction, the customer is welcome to return their core but are

responsible for return shipping costs as our Help

page explains.

Tried RockAuto for the first time this Month and had a very bad experience. Ordered rear brakes (one set) for my car and two sets arrived and I was charged for two set. Had to return one set at my expense.
Second, ordered fender flares for my car and the ones that arrived did not even come close to fitting my vehicle as advertised on the RockAuto web site. They denied this "non-fit" issue even after I sent them a photo. AGAIN... I had to eat the shipping to return this product. Also, when I called and talked live to a representative... I found him to be short and "[redacted]" with me. Don't want to file dispute with Revdex.com... will just go away and warn friends and my customers to shop elsewhere.

I ordered parts from rockauto. They advertise low prices. Prices was far then you go to pay and they have out crazy shipping prices and I have a part that I have to return. They want me to buy a new part then pay to ship the old part back and they may return my money if they find flat in the product. All I want is my part fixed with out losing my car for 2 weeks or paying for a replacement part.
I WILL NEVER THINK ABOUT USEING THEM AGAIN.

They have flexibility in matching shipping from their warehouses to save costs for us (and them..I guess)
also efficient website arrangement for part searching..

this place is great! not what I expected from an online company at all.

Very efficient. Quality parts and the prices have always been reasonable. Your more could you want? Fast shipping? They have that too. Very Satisfied.
