Great place to get your car parts. Great prices and excellent shipping speeds. Wish they sold fluids like oil.

Rock auto parts sent me the wrong part_I paid over $23.00 dollars in shipping costs both ways and no refund of costs sent to me

I've used RockAuto multiple times. What attracts me is their parts selection, choice of different manufacturers, different price ranges. Shipping is prompt and accurate. Customer service reps are polite and knowledgeable, willing to resolve a problem if one arises. I recommended RockAuto to two of my friends and both of them were happy with the prices, service and parts quality. Great job RockAuto, keep it up!

I have ordered many parts from RockAuto.com, including internal & external engine parts, steering & suspension, and more... I have had only one issue with one part and they replaced it immediately without a hassle. RockAuto.com has provided quality parts at prices lower than anywhere else with fast shipping and they stand behind their products... I don't write reviews for anything... but RockAuto.com has earned this one.

AWESOME!! DURING SHIPPING PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED EMAILED THEM INFO. ON 4th OF JULY HOLIDAY WEEKEND NOT EXPECTING RESPONSE... WAS EMAILED BACK AND TAKEN CARE OF THAT WEEKEND!!!! EVEN HAD A LIVE PERSON TO TALK TO WHEN I HAD RETURN QUESTIONS. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Review: I placed an order with RockAuto for a part. When placing the order there was something said or implied by the RockAuto page that the part would ship FedEx. I now learn it will ship via US mail. I'm not able to contact RockAuto through their web page, nor can I find a phone number to let them know the US mail will not deliver to the address given in my order and they must us a different address to have the part delivered by US Mail. The hypertexts "contact us" link in the RockAuto web page tries to boot up MS Outlook; I don't want to use that. Give me a direct email address to send my correspondence too!!!! How frustrating! I have a part I need on the way, and it can't be delivered, and I can't even contact RockAuto!!!!Desired Settlement: Change your web page!!!!! Give me a real contact email or a phone number!!!!!!

immediately after placing his order on 8/27.He

contacted us on 8/28, after his order had shipped, and

reported the shipping address he entered on his order could not

receive shipments from the USPS. Nowhere during online checkout was a

FedEx shipping method shown or implied once the customer selected

Priority Mail for shipment. During checkout, we showed various

shipping options and he selected Priority Mail. Our final checkout

page specified the selected shipping method was via US Mail (not

FedEx), and his order confirmation shows he selected Priority Mail.

Thankfully, our suggestion of

contacting his local office for pickup worked, since the tracking for

his shipment shows delivery to the customer.

I have ordered several times from rock auto and every time the order is shipped quickly and accurately. They have a great selection of oem parts and heavy duty replacement parts. Its always a pleasure to order from them and I wonder if they got their name from the fact that they rock?! Thanks rock auto!

Awesome service

Been a customer for years. Had a small order for some needed items to get a vehicle up and running again. Their shipping method failed and they refused to resend the order. I eventually got the items after 13 days from the 2 day delivery method the vendor selected. Yes, it is their problem when I pay them to find someone to deliver my parts to me and the company they hired and charged me for, fails.
