I am only rejecting this response because I have not yet received the letter they sent in the mailI don't want to accept the response until I have read the correspondenceThe Revdex.com only gave me five days to respond before they closed out the complaint and today is day five, so I had no choice but to reject it until I have received the letter
I would like to add on to my complaint (id: ***. I finally
received the letter they said the had sent and all it was is a recap
of everything their representatives told meNo solution was put
forward. I also have a further complaint. I followed the
advise their representative gave me, to not pay the balance as I will
be in school and it will go into defermentMy school updated the clearing
house with my in school status last Monday, but according to Navient, it
can take two weeks for the updated information to be seen by Navient. I
have called twice a week now to see if they can see the information, they
can’t, yetHowever, I am obviously in school. I’m
actually taking my midterms this week. I have sent them my school
schedule, my grades, even my completed/upcoming assignment list to prove to
them I am in school and they should be able to see the update soon
Now, I’m getting collection calls daily. I told them last week the
same thing I have told every representative I have spoke to: I’m
in school, these should be in deferment, my school updated the clearing house
last Monday (August 31st), you (Navient) told be it could take two
weeks before you see the informationThey say they will put a note in my
account and should see the updated enrollment status soon. Now I get calls every day asking for payment, which is only
days lateI tell each of them the same thing I stated above and I ask them to
stop calling meI’ve been told by two separate individuals that they will hold
the calls off until later next week to see if they get my updated statusWhat
happens? I get a call the very next day! Navient needs to get their act
together and make sure departments speak to each other, or at least read the notes
in my fileIf they did, they would have seen that yesterday I called twice,
one hour before their collection people called meIt’s not my fault that they
can’t see updated information in the clearing houseIt’s not my schools fault,
as one rep told meIt’s Navient’s fault that they can’t get their information
straight (my school is the one that told me this)Also, their automated
message even says I am in school until August How on earth can their
automated system say I’m in school, but the representatives say I am not!I’m starting to believe this company is a massive scam
Furthermore, how is it that I don’t have a choice to who my federal loans get
sent to? I never want another loan to be serviced by Navient, but I don’t have
a choice in the matterHow is that legal?Please add this to my complaint or could you please direct me
where I can add this to it? I couldn't find a place on the site to add it.Thanks,

Problem:

Desired Outcome:

I received a letter for Navient, it state loans from Sallie Mae, nothing stating account numbers, amount paid or owedThe paper work sent is completely generic and show nothing as far as loan information from NavientRevdex.com:

HORRIBLE! I hate having to deal with companies like this oneThe loan is under my dad's name, but automatic payments are set up from my bank accountI had to change my banking information, but it has been impossible to get it set up againI tried online but system will not accept it due to the different names, I submitted paperwork and rep said paperwork was received, but still needed to speak with account owner to apply forbearance even though it was requested in paperworkFinally, I try adding my dad (the account owner) on way, the rep refuses to waitI call and the uneducated representative is telling me the process online and I try to explain to her that I am not allowed to do it online but paperwork has been submitted and informed by previous rep that information was receivedThe representatives are not familiar with the formsFinally I speak with a manager and have the account holder online stating it is ok to speak with me, but yet every single question asked must be answered by himThey are RIDICULOUSI wish I could make them disappear

I have not received the item cited in the response It states something was sent in the postal mail on November 2ndI have not yet received it and it appears the five days I have to respond to the Revdex.com will expire before I receive this item Navient stated to you it would sendBut I did receive on the 4th of November a personal email from a Navient representativeShe stated she would send me, via email, the form I need to complete to resolve my Income-Based Repayment renewalShe stated it would be send to me within hours via email It is now the 9th of November and I have yet to receive the cited form I tried to reply to her email today but the email account she sent from does not receive emails so I send one through the Navient customer service system and it will take 3-days to get a replyMy November payment (the one that has increased around $1,a month) is due on the 14thI completed (and had approved) my Income-Based Repayment renewal in July in order to have it completed promptly and now it is the last 'minute' Not sending the application form as promised to arrive in hours, is yet another problematic situation in Navient's already-frustrating business practices
