I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
They were well aware this wasn't a resolution to my complaintThey even admitted that my late payment was a single payment but that it shows up times on my credit report! In addition, their lack of responsibility as stewards of the Federal Loan program is lackingI had hears no warning that my payment was late before it was plastered onto my credit report and I was alerted by my Identist Theft Protection

The company told me that they are still going to record me regardless of what I tell themI have been very clear that I do not want to be recordedUnder no circumstances do I want to be recordedNot even for training purposesIf they have the right to record me, then I should have the right to record them regardless of what they tell me
Also, after several times I had been assured that my number was removed from their system, I was called yet againEven after my payment was made.

Please see attached letter in regards to why I do not agree to the companies response It merely seems to me they are just stating again they are looking at this situation, which resolves nothing because it should not take over several years to resolve something Especially when I have already resolved it with the guarantor of the loan

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowLess than hours after I spoke with the customer advocate, I received another harassing phone call from a Sallie Mae/Navient representativeThe man was rude, he yelled at me, and he also lied about my account status, telling me I was days past due when I was only days past dueWhile on the phone with the customer advocate I learned that Sallie Mae/Navient representatives get paid a commission for every payment arrangement they makeThis completely explains why the representatives are so pushy and become rude and condescending when a payment arrangement is not madeIn other words, this system that Sallie Mae/Navient has in place is incentivizing harassment and I find the entire idea despicableAs it appears that bullying and harassment are the tools that Sallie Mae/Navient have given their representatives, I am not satisfiedIt was one thing when I was having problems with the behavior of a few representativesHowever, it is now apparent that this level of treatment is the standard behavior at Sallie Mae/Navient, and I do not know how anyone could possibly be satisfied.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
They responded with printed details of the PSLF program, which I already have and obtained on my ownThey did not address the fact that I was lied to by employee's who explicitly told me (on at least two occasions) that any payments made on an IBR plan, through Sallie Mae/Navient would count towards PSLFThey also did not address my complaint that when they became aware that traditional IBR payments would not count and that all loans must be DL loans, they did not notify any of their current customersI recognize that I origanlly took loans prior to the creation of the PSLF program and that my original lender may have been unaware that loans would need to be DL loans for payments to count; however, when they became aware I was told twice that my payments counted (I assume so I would not take my loans elsewhere) and they have never notified me, and I assume any other borrorwers, that DL lonas are required for, in particualr, the PSLF programNone of these complaints where addressed in their form letter response so I do not accept the response made by the business because they did not actually address the complaints
