I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have received nothing at all regarding my complaint in the mail, as Navient claimsThey assigned my complaint to someone named *** ***, who has made very little effort to contact meHe will call once while I'm at work, then when I call back, sometimes in as short of a time as minslater, there will be no answerI have left numerous voicemails and sent a number of emails letting him know I'm trying to get ahold of him, to no avail.During this time, myself and my family members are being harassed by Navient's numerous call centersThis is around calls per day, and days per weekWhen we answer,'most of the time nobody is thereWhen there is someone there, we have told them that we were assigned to work with *** *** and are happy to resolve the matter with him only, and the person on the other line either gets belligerent or they say okay and then we immediately start getting the same calls from a totally different numberThe people we have talked to often don't even know who *** *** is.I am happy to work something out with Navient but due to the harassment, unknowledgable employees, withdrawal of unauthorized funds taken from my account, and their not being able to give me a clear answer on what my payments are OR show me where my money is going, I want to speak to one person only, and I want my payment plan in writing*** *** either needs to contact me to work this out, and make a real effort to do so, or someone else needs to be assigned my caseThe belligerent, harassing phone calls need to stop.Regards,
