I had these people service three of my private computers all at once. One of them was in terrible condition because of viruses, corrupted files and garbage files. Several programs had become infested including browsers. They cleared the problems and were happy to answer my questions about how not to minimize the probability of these conditions happening again. I was very satisfied with their service.

I hired Risezone to deal with my computer's "blue screen of death". I first went to Staples and they kept my cpu for two days and said they fixed it. They did not. I called Risezone and their guy spent about 8 hours on my cpu and fixed it perfectly. That was two years ago and my cpu is still working perfectly. Risezone is an incredibly good and valuable company and customers are blessed to have them as a resource
