April 25, Hello,We were contacted by customer to fix the issues on their machineWe have analyzed their machine for issuesWe tried our level best to educate the client about our limitations of fixing and supporting of only software related issues and not hardware related
Once we have tried to fix the issue, customer stopped responding to our calls and we could not able confirm if issues were fixed or not, we didn't charge any service payment to the customer.As per the letter the customer is saying that we charged her 400, or We explained her different incident plans/options with support for days or months or months plans but we did not send here any invoice or charged here any amountAnd lots of time small company like us does negotiate to help our customersWe are not a big companyIt's our standard policy of explain all the different charges for the incident and support plans available with us, before we start analyzing the client machineOnce our technical rep has analyzed the machine for the issue scope, then only we send for the authorization and invoice for the chargesFor us to remote analyze the machine, we need to remotely login to machine and check the ***'s inbuilt program to see what has gone wrong with the machine.In the end customer is saying that a different computer tech looked at the laptop and said there are no virus, it might be that we have fixed the issues but we cannot confirm it as any time a cleanup software is run on a machine, it has to be shutdown and restarted and tested again and we were never able to validate our cleanup process for this customer.If to start with there was no issue on the machine, then how can a customer call us to fix a issueThere has to be an issue for which a customer will call usIf a machine is working fine, why would anyone call us?Thanks

In July I spent $to have our laptops cleaned and protected for yearsI do not spend a lot of time on the computerOn Sept 14, I used my computer and it was slow and not responding as it did before I bought the Risezone packageSo I called the tech support and it took some time but they did fix itThen that same evening I was using my computer and again had the same issues so I had to call tech support againThey fixed it and apologized, etcToday Sept 18, I once again had the same issuesWhy? I called tech support again and voiced my dissatisfactionIt took hours for the tech to fix itHe did not close my file this timeHe said he'd call tomorrow night to make sure everything was workingTo me $is a lot and I feel at this point I have been scammedI don't understand why I am having ANY issues with my computer having bough this package and them working on my computer times in four days Any feed back? Thank you
The help I received today was excellentWe were getting all kind of pop ups and everything now is so clear and fast! He was polite and helpful to two computer illiterates today! I am so glad my son called for help and I can call back whenever needed!
Had a terrible breakdown of my wonderful imac and Andy helped out and saved my computer I could have never done it by myself Talked through the fixing from time to time and he was easy to deal with and accurate
We had a lot of malware and everything was locked up badly, but the technicians did their work fast and solved all our problems
