Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2014/08/04) */ When a caller hangs up when dialing our system, the call is marked as missedThe customer forwards calls to other services from RingCentralWhen the caller to RingCentral hangs up, the call does not forward to the other system.The calls the customer is referring to last 1-seconds, so there is no time for the calls to be forwarded before people hang upRingCentral is working in other words, the "missed" calls are just hangups in other words

We regret that you continued to be charged and thank you for providing additional information to get this squared awayThe refunds have been processed and the account closed

Ring Central service has been unreliable and I do not recommend using their service if you need to reliably make and receive telephone callsAlso, when we went to cancel this service after having "used" it for years, we were told that while the original contract was was for one year, the contract has a provision that automatically renews for months every yearIf you forget to cancel the contract days prior to the end of the contract they automatically have you hooked for an extra monthsThe only way they will let you cancel is to buy out all the additional months of the contractWe recommend avoiding Ring Central and their awful contract terms

Be aware that even their service is working you cannot easily terminate the service with themYou can not terminate the service online, if you call them you cannot get in contact with a representativeActually when you are waiting on the phone the estimated time is constantly increasingThirdly you are told that you can leave a message but that does not work either

I am hoping they can salve this before Friday 1/30/ please do not close this Revdex.com incident until it is resolved

We have cancelled the account and provided a goodwill gesture as well in the form of a one month refund
