Landon was called out on an emergency repair of a high tech, high efficiency furnace We found him to be polite and courteous and very compotent When the furnace failed to produce the required codes in it's intermitnent performance Landon was not stopped He doggedly pursued every option, removing evey component that could be at fault He did at last find the problem through persistent investigation of every possibility He did not leave us saying "call me when it acts up again" but rather saw the job through He is a credit to his company
