Andy Mcame out for a few plumbing issues I was havingHe inspected all the plumbing and explained thoroughly what needed repairing/updating and whyHe was very friendly and knowledgeableOnce the job was done, I noticed that Andy also fixed my stair banister, and one side of my toilet flusherThe right side always worked, the left side constantly ran if pressed, and now it does not! I was super impressed with how clean everything was after he was gone, and the extra fixes were an added bonusReally glad I called Gregg's and that Andy came out
Landon was courteous and quick with his work It was a little suspicious that I had this expensive problem very shortly after the company did an inspection and reported all was ok I don't blame Landon for this, it was obviously the correct solution

I recently had Brett, an employee with Gregg's plumbing and Heating service my furnaceWhile I was not thrilled with the news that it was likely time to look at replacing my furnace, I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable in both his assessment of and recommendations for.appropriate solutions to my problemsBecause I was unfamiliar with the equipment he was suggesting, I did a fairly extensive review on the internet to educate myself...his assessment and recommendations were spot on targetAs well he went out of his way to modify a sale his company had on to exactly suit my needs..it was a great deal as well....however I still think the government should pay for furnaces!!!!!!:)
