A whole lot could of happened during the two years after we've performed the repairs, and the warranty for the work has expired

We came out to the house to check LG washer machine, our service call to come to the house is $and customer are notified about by phoneOur office staff are not a service technicians and always advice that a technician could come to the house to assess a problemWe got to the home looked at a washer that had no mechanical failures and customer complaint was that it was smelling of a moldWe advised client to try and run a cycling pouring vinegar solution inside or purchase a cleaner solution in Lowe's or Home DepotNo refund is due, we only charge a service call
If you claim arrangements were made to cease processing of the payment, placing a stop payment on the check would not have been necessaryFurthermore, we do not have a record of such claimPlease discuss the matter further with debt collector

He only cleaned heads and igniters for twenty minutes and the bill was $255.00?? then the technician verbally told my husband that the bill was $295.00 which is what he wrote the check for. I have been waiting to hear back from the manager. This is highway robbery for a simple cooktop repair and I would not have done the repair had we been told $295.00. That works out to $885.00 an hour! I have never heard of such a thing.
