Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below We acknowledge that we called [redacted] and spoke to the technician [redacted] at which time he advised that the part was on back order However, he advised that he would receive it on Wednesday of the following weekWe waited until then, my wife called back and was told the part was in and therefore scheduled a service date and he would be at our home to install the part between am and pm On the schedule date of delivery and installation, my wife called [redacted] at 11:am to confirm that he was still on schedule and was told yes that he would be here After the scheduled time came and went, my wife called again, at 1:pm the office advised that they would send a message to the technician a to call me We never received a call! and haven't heard back sinceThat's when I was prompted to file my complaint with the Revdex.com Since then we purchase a new dryer and no longer need the part order back over days ago We kept are part of the deal in making a deposit, but [redacted] failed to deliver their services Therefore we are asking for a refund of our deposit Regards, [redacted] ***

Paid $to have refrigerator repairedNo parts needed tech said he just needed cleaning for good airflow (in motor mechanisms)Lasted days on a day warrantyVery ironicCalled to inquire and I was told "you have to pay full price, maybe it wasn't the original problem"So they put a $bandaid on it and thinks this is good businessRip off company

Our technician has been attempting to connect with you regarding the repairs, and has left several messages with receptionist, which were never returnedPlease advise of best time to call you

All refrigerant charges are excluded from the warrantyFurthermore, the instructions regarding filling of a formal complaint are listed on the back of our invoiceInstead of following our protocol, client placed a dispute with the credit card company, and is now attempting to rectify the situationPlease advise [redacted] to contact the collection agency

See attached customer's original invoice, invoice does not show $under total charges and payment method is not marked eitherThe cost of the service call was $49.95, which was never paid, and that is the reason why it does not show total charges or has a method of payment

We are against ageism and our technician provided an estimate, which was accepted, prior to our engagement in the repairsThe price is accurate for services renderedNo credit is due

We have received your initial email and will be contacting you with a resolution

We have already refunded this customer, the complaint was resolved

We called client and scheduled an appointment for today 2-to take care of his issueShortly after customer called back and said that he wanted to wait few days prior to us coming outWe asked his to give us a call and schedule an appointment when he is ready

The most recent repairs we have performed are covered under our day Part and Labor warrantyPlease contact our office ay ***-***- [redacted] to schedule a recall appointment at your earliest convenience

Customer is under a warranty and if they have any p***lems with a repaired appliance, they are free to call us back for a warranty repairCustomer was advised of that already however has not called us back for any recall appointments.Thank you

The original issue was repaired and there was nothing misleading about our response

Below, is my initial email response:Hello *** ***,Thank you for sending the invoice from the company that claims we installed Rfreon instead of R(still wondering how they determined that by simply "quizzing" you...)Looking at the invoice left behind by our technician (invoice 225472), Rfreon replacement was installed without warranty for the workAre you aware that Rfreon is no longer being produced (due to environmental damage it causes)? On 1/29/we installed HotShot, which is used in lieu of Rfreon.I've included the link explaining how it workshttp://www.icorinternational.com/hotshot.html Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have further questions or concerns.Respectfully, [redacted] ***ManagerFurthermore, the back of our invoice explicitly states "We want you satisfied! If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the services provided, and cannot resolve the dispute through your local dispatch office, please describe the problem, and what can be done to satisfy disputeMail to: (company address)." It was preposterous to believe placing a dispute with your credit card company would resolve your nonpayment for services renderedYou've been placed in collections because you have failed to pay for the work we have performed
