Hello,After researching the customers account it appears they are financed through [redacted] and would make all payments directly to the bank. They did agree and sign for the financing terms as well. As they are the account owner customer would need to contact the financing company directly to discuss...

I was contacted by the store manager John S[redacted] at Niagara Falls? Amherst NY on 09/28/@approximately 10:30am and 5:40pm.Due to? my ? work schedule an answer machine took the messageMy wife did return the call at the store located Niagara Falls Blvd,? and spoke to the acting store manager "Danielle" at approximately 6:45pmAn inquiry was made as to what the nature of the call wasAccording to the employee,? After contacting the Bronx, NY show room about my re-select as well as the platinum protection service, I reject the response when I found out that I am subject to a $delivery feeSince Raymour could not repair the original chest, I do not feel like I should have to pay delivery yet again for essentially what amounts to an (somewhat) even exchangeOnce again Raymour plays "pass the buck" where the showroom says they cannot waive delivery and platinum protection says its up to showroom discretionThis customer service experience has been harrowing to say the leastI will definitely ? look elsewhere for my future furniture needs.?
