I have had the same experience as all the reviewers here. Same exact story. I purchased a Groupon for $19.99 for a 16x20 metal print. I was able to successfully use my groupon code on the printerpix.com website and I placed my order on November 30, 2014. Their website states, "Printerpix orders are usually produced, dispatched and delivered within a maximum of 15 business days." This was fine with me since I should have gotten my order before Christmas. Today is January 8, 2015 and I now doubt that I will ever see my order. I've called the company 3 times and was on hold for over 20 minutes each time. Although the customer service representative were very courteous and respectful, none of them could tell me why more order still had not been produced or when it will be shipped. I've also sent 3 emails and I only got a response to 1. In that response I got some kind of crazy excuse that the metal company that they use is on strike. Are you kidding me?
I've also contacted Groupon via email to explain this situation and demand a refund. However, apparently they outsource their CS because Lakshmi Priya responded with a detailed explanation about how to use my Groupon code. Obviously that was not my complaint. I will have to now call Groupon and try to make someone understand plain English that the groupon code was used but the company, printerpix.com is a SCAM!!!!
I doubt that they provide any kind of service at all except thievery.

I am very unhappy with Printerpix. They don't respond to your e-mails. It takes too long to load your album. They delete your project after 30 days if you haven't edited it. It freezes all the time when trying to add photos. They don't have enough layouts for your pictures. I will not be using them again.

I had to orders both placed around June 20th or so. I received one order about 30 days later. The other order I have yet to receive, They say it takes 21 days to process. I received a email around July 4th stating that would be 16 more days. I called the end of July and was told my second order will be to me by the second week of August. This order has not even started. The excuse is they have had a influx of orders more then they can handle or something like that. Avoid these people like the plague. I am sorry if you are going to take that many orders be able to back it up.

I ordered a present for my sister over a month ago. When I go to website it says my project is still in production. Not happy with length of time and no communication.

I have been waiting on an order for a photo book since 12/17/14. I sent 6 email inquiries regarding my order, only receiveing a computer generated response thanking me for my inquire promising me that someone will look into my question and reply back to me. Not one reply was received.

I have called their customer service number 3 times to ask about the order. Just today, February 12, 2015, I was told they ran out of supplies back in December and couldn't complete their orders. She assured me they just received their supply order this week and my order should be completed next week.

I would stay away from this company even if the Groupons they offer seem like a great deal!

Side note: Their program to create a book is very difficult to use.

I received 3 duplicate copies of a photo book that I ordered and on them were watermarks, the last few pages sticking together that no matter how carefully I took them apart they took some of the paper off revealing the white underneath (all too revealing on dark pages) and now still continue to stick, ink scratches on the faces and on one photo book the title was nearly running off the top of the page. I've been contacting them since November and have still not received a resolution (it's now February). It just looks like maybe the machines were dirty? Either way their customer service is terrible if not non-existent. I have only received one e-mail from them during the several times that I have contacted them asking for photos and that's it. It's just disgusting and it's amazing that they've stayed in business because they don't deserve to. As an added note they have a policy listed that if you don't open, save or "touch" your work within a 30 day period it will be deleted so I have to keep going back to the photo book I took hours creating to make sure it doesn't get deleted before this "hopefully" gets resolved. I will never go back to ordering products from this company I don't care how inexpensive they are. They should really be ashamed of themselves and how they take care of their customers.

I bought the transition mugs for Christmas presents. The product didnt even leave the business for a month! ! When I contacted the company they said they would put it on their rush list and that it should ship within 7-10 days. Not exactly a rush. .?!

This company is a JOKE. I sent an email, got an automated response sayin that I would receive a response within 48 hours. No response. Call the number a week later on hold for 30 minutes and am told that I need to send ANOTHER email with proof that my item is damaged. So I can wait another week for them to not respond again. Right.

I have read a lot of complaints on here. If I would have known I would have went to [redacted]! Awesome site!!!! I want to make sure my order is here by Christams!!!!!!

Worse company ever, have wrote multiple emails to company and never a response back. I have called the company numerous times and average time for a customer service rep to answer is 25 minutes!! Still waiting for my 4 products I have ordered and can't talk to anyone or get response from an email. This company needs to be shut down

I purchased two Living Social voucher codes for Photo books for Printer Pix. I spent many many hours making the books, but their site would not allow my purchase to go through. I have tried relentlessly to contact them for one week, both by telephone and email. As of today, nothing has been resolved. and my vouchers have expired. I am at my witts end with this company. They will not answer their phone. I have tried countless times to call them and stayed on the line for more than 25 minutes each time. The money I paid is nothing compared to the hours spent making the books which I needed for gifts. My wasted time is priceless! I would never purchase another thing from this company. Living social should not be endorsing them on their site, and neither should Groupon or any other company. I wish I had read all the complaints before I purchased my vouchers. I assumed Living Social would have done their homework before putting Printer Pix out there for innocent consumers to purchase from them.

Absolutely terrible. Customer service is non-existent.

I purchased Living Social deals for this seller. Their policy states they ship within 2 weeks of ordering. After 1 month, I contacted them requesting a status of my order. I never heard anything. Was kept endlessly on hold but never speaking to anyone. No reponses to my emails. I didn't receive my orders until I opened claims through PayPal.

I went back to this seller with one more Living Social deal. The item arrived damaged. I contacted the seller. 5 days later I did receive an email response requesting photos of the item. It has now been well over a month since the initial order and notification of damaged goods. I have followed up with them 4 times. Nothing. No replacement, no email, no nothing.

ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

My complaint seems to add up with all the others I have read. I placed an order 3 weeks ago for a Christmas gift and still have not seen it. The status bar on the website says my order is still only 25% complete. I placed my order well before the cut off date for Christmas delivery. I have called several times only to be left on hold way too long. I have emailed several times with no resolution. I am extremely disappointed not only because I am out of a Christmas gift, but the fact that I cannot speak to anyone at this company regarding my order. I would NOT recommend this company.

Terrible company, terrible customer service. Never got my mug and never got a response from them. Had to ask living social for a refund. Do not use

This is a terrible business with terrible service and products. Your products will be cheap, arrive broken, ship weeks after promised. Your emails will go unreturned and their phones are not answered. Do not even consider using them.

Used a Groupon deal for xmas cards, website was hard to navigate and get card done. When they arrived the front was fine but the printing on back was illegible.Very disappointed. Trying to use site to get 40 free prints and have not been able to get it done, site keeps going to other items and not saving prints. Going back to [redacted].
