I bought a Groupon for a photo book with them I purchased the photo book in late October, It is now December 19th, and they have yet to even ship the order
The photo book was only $and after looking at the website, it appeared to be a good deal However, once you checkout, you find out that it could take up to days (or a great deal longer, apparently) for them to process your order, then it can take up to days to ship with standard shipping That's weeks This photo book was a gift that I needed to give within weeks, so I paid $extra in shipping costs to make sure that I had it on time
Unfortunately, the event that the gift was purchased for has come and gone and my order has yet to arrive After being on hold for over minutes, PrinterPix reps promised me a refund on my shipping costs in early November (which I have yet to receive) and then told me that they would send me my product immediately
I still don't have the photo book or the refund Do not trust this company My only consolation is that a company with customer service and follow through this poor will surely go out of business However, I feel compelled to speed that process up as much as I am able
Spend the extra $ and purchase your photo gift from a reputable, quality site like Snapfish or Shutterfly They deserve your business far more than PrinterPix

I finished making my book and went to check out I could not use my groupon and I was supposed to pay $ I placed another call and the female was not helpful, just repeatedly telling me to start over and there were no supervisors for me to talk with I finally told her I was done with the call and hung up I called back hoping to get the same guy I had for the second call I did not get the same guy, but this guy told me that it was a problem with their website and he apologized for the other person I spoke with (which I had not told him about) and the situation Unfortunately, I needed to return to work as my lunch time ended There was not been a solution provided for me and I sought a groupon refund Unfortunately I have over hours invested in the forementioned book My time is very valuable so this is unacceptable outcome My suggestion to all....DO NOT EVEN START A PROJECT WITH THIS COMPANY TURN AND GO DEAL WITH ONE OF THE MANY OTHERS THERE'S GOOD REASON THE HAVE AN "F" RATING

On the last phone call I thought I got someone that had a brain, she said she saw the problem, would send it for reorder and would email me a new confirmation. 3 days later I have no email confirmation from them. I received an email today from them saying they looked into it, I ordered the photo outside of the lines and they wouldn't be replacing it or refunding my money. When I look at what I ordered on their website, things are perfectly lined up, yet they say its my fault....Don't bother with this company, they are terrible! Hold times to reach a mn in customer service are easily 20 minutes each time and if they mess up your order, they WILL NOT replace it! I will be disputing the charge on my credit card and will NEVER use them again. I print my photos on canvas all the time with another company and I've never had this problem!

I called the customer service helpline on 6 December because I had not received a tracking number for my order. The representative told me that this was the busy season and orders can take 10-12 days to be made (this was after I gave her my order # to look up). I told her I placed my order on 14 November. She rudely said 10-12 business days. That is when I told her it had been over 15 business days. She asked me to hold while she pulled up my order to see where it was at. She told me that my order was complete and that it will be shipped soon. When I had not received a tracking number 3 days later I called back. The representative said that my order was almost done and that it had been completed on the 27th of November but didn't pass quality control. I asked him why I didn't receive any type of email letting me know this or why the lady three days before didn't mention to tell me this. Not to mention she lied when she said my order was complete and would ship soon. This representative told me that I would receive a tracking number my early week and have my order by the end of the next week roughly the 16th of December. I did not receive any tracking number by Wednesday the 14th so I called a third time. The representative couldn't tell me anything about my order so I asked for a refund of my order. I was told my order was cancelled but I never received an email for confirmation. I then asked to talk to a manager and was told that I could wait anywhere from 1-3 hours. I asked to receive a call at my choosing but to no surprise they never called.
Also anytime I called the customer service line the average wait time was over 15 minutes.
I do alot of photo printing between books, photo gifts and prints. This company is disgusting. I ordered Calendars and never received them a month passes I call them the it helping me caught herself in [redacted]. First by telling me there was a problem with my order so they had to reprint them and then telling me she is sorry my order got lost in the shuffle. I also ordered 5 ornaments and the picture which is crystal clear came out blurry I was told to send a picture of the ornament to their email. Yep one week and I haven't heard back yet. They do not care about their customer service I will never use them again and urge anyone else that your money will just be wasted on crap!
I purchased two Groupons for 16x20 metal prints from PrinterPix on April 1. Placed my first order on April 15 and my second order on May 4th. I received both today after numerous complaints to customer service and waiting for nearly 6 weeks for my initial order. Costumer service was slow and ineffectual.
Unfortunately, they decided to "upgrade" my orders from two 16x20 prints to two 20x30 prints without my consent. Two problems with this: First, I ordered the 16x20 size because I am moving overseas, and the 20x30 prints are to large to pack and take with me. Secondly 16x20 and 20x30 are different aspect rations, which means they screwed up the crop of my images. they look horrid.
WARNING: I bought 2 Groupons for this business. the 1st one was a photo blanket as a Christmas gift for my grandmother at the beginning of December, and now they just emailed me saying that estimated delivery date is Dec 29th. 2nd Groupon was for a stuffed photo bear. Entered the groupon code and my credit card info, then noticed after that they did not credit my groupon and charged my credit card $85.94. I should only have paid $5 for shipping. Now I'm waiting for them to credit my account back. It's been over 2 weeks. They are very slow to respond to emails, and do not return phone calls. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. I have also filed a complaint with Groupon, and hope that if enough people file complaints, they won't do business with them anymore.

Before submitting my order I checked their fine print to see if it said anything about delays due to the holidays.
Fine print stated 'Redeem your voucher by December 10 in order to receive your item by Christmas!'
My order was placed on December 3rd. After a week I started checking the on my order under 'Where's my order', which stayed at the 25% 'WEâRE PREPARING YOUR ORDER FOR PRODUCTION'.
I contacted support on December 8th to find out when they thought it would move along. Their contact system sends an automated email giving you a ticket number but had no estimated time for a response. I did not receive an response until December 30th - 22 days after I contacted them and 6 days after my promised delivery time. Sadly this response seemed to be a template and did not reference my question at all.

If you are still experiencing the same issue as per your original email, please reply back to this email and we will respond within 2 business days.'
My initial email listed my order number, I am stunned that their Customer Support did not do the small leg work to actually look into my order.
I ordered a 16X20 metal print from PrinterPix on May 23, 2015 through a Groupon. The status showed as being prepared for printing. On June 23, 2015 I sent an e-mail inquiring about the unchanging status. It was immediately changed to Quality Control; Failure and needing to be reprinted. I have tried calling twice and no customer service person answers the phone. Personally, I think this is a rip off company that uses Groupon to get a quick inflow of cash. I have complained to Groupon and am still waiting on a response. I am still waiting on PrinterPix. I am also considering how well PrinterPix can stand up under an IRS Fraud investigation.
I have purchased quite a few photo books from PrinterPix using Groupon deals. I have used many other companies in the past and find the software to be fairly similar to others. The quality of the standard paper is good but the covers are a little too shiny in my opinion. Another improvement that is needed is that the preview screen does not give you an accurate representation of what your book cover will look like (the books I made were 8x8 square). I had books that looked fine on screen but when they arrived, the photo on the cover was not centered (it was on the preview) and the text was much closer to the edge of the book than it appeared to be in the preview. I reported the problem but wasn't offered a solution by customer service. But if you know how to work around this problem, the books are a pretty good deal. I will probably use this company in the future.

My initial email listed my order number, I am stunned that their Customer Support did not do the small leg work to actually look into my order.
I ordered a 16X20 metal print from PrinterPix on May 23, 2015 through a Groupon. The status showed as being prepared for printing. On June 23, 2015 I sent an e-mail inquiring about the unchanging status. It was immediately changed to Quality Control; Failure and needing to be reprinted. I have tried calling twice and no customer service person answers the phone. Personally, I think this is a rip off company that uses Groupon to get a quick inflow of cash. I have complained to Groupon and am still waiting on a response. I am still waiting on PrinterPix. I am also considering how well PrinterPix can stand up under an IRS Fraud investigation.
Stolen money. No reply to phone calls or E-mails. SCAM!!
I have purchased quite a few photo books from PrinterPix using Groupon deals. I have used many other companies in the past and find the software to be fairly similar to others. The quality of the standard paper is good but the covers are a little too shiny in my opinion. Another improvement that is needed is that the preview screen does not give you an accurate representation of what your book cover will look like (the books I made were 8x8 square). I had books that looked fine on screen but when they arrived, the photo on the cover was not centered (it was on the preview) and the text was much closer to the edge of the book than it appeared to be in the preview. I reported the problem but wasn't offered a solution by customer service. But if you know how to work around this problem, the books are a pretty good deal. I will probably use this company in the future.
