I have purchased quite a few photo books from PrinterPix using Groupon deals I have used many other companies in the past and find the software to be fairly similar to others The quality of the standard paper is good but the covers are a little too shiny in my opinion Another improvement that is needed is that the preview screen does not give you an accurate representation of what your book cover will look like (the books I made were 8xsquare) I had books that looked fine on screen but when they arrived, the photo on the cover was not centered (it was on the preview) and the text was much closer to the edge of the book than it appeared to be in the preview I reported the problem but wasn't offered a solution by customer service But if you know how to work around this problem, the books are a pretty good deal I will probably use this company in the future

Horrible experience with PrinterpixNever received my order of three itemsIts been over a month since I placed the orderI have made several phone calls, was put on wait for an hour each call until I gave upI feel very frustrated that there is no way to talk with anyone regarding this issue

Ordered calendars on Decand new "expected" delivery date is now Dec A month for delivery is unacceptable An email to Printerpix customer service email bounced back because their inbox is full What does that tell you? There is a reason this company gets a F and star out of five from Revdex.com

This is THE WORST company ever to deal with Please do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs! I placed an order at the beginning of December with a guarantee that I would receive by Christmas....well after calling and calling and waiting on hold for min to an hour each time, it wasn't done by Christmas Each time I called, they said only a few more days, it's in production, it's in the warehouse Well It wasn't done by New Years I kept calling and finally spoke to a supervisor in mid January who told me my order hadn't even begun production yet, so I had been lied to! At that point, I cancelled my order and wanted to never deal with them again They said they'd issue a refund and could take up to days to show on my bank account Well it's now JUNE, SIX MONTHS LATER, and I STILL don't have my refund! I called June 1st and the guy apologized and said I would have my refund within days Well it's June 16th and I still don't have it

NEVER EVER use this companyTHE WORSE services ever they lie about when shipments take place, they do not include full orders and you never receive Their call center customer service is the worse EVER left on hold for over minutes each time and they say that shipment has occurred but when call back in to check, nothing has shipped *BEWARE* *BEWARE* will NEVER ORDER from them again and recommend them to NO ONE !

This company is horribleI ordered photo books for Christmas presents, and they guaranteed that they would be ready and shipped before ChristmasI did not receive them until January and the product was below standardsThere were pages glued together, which ripped and pulled the ink off the pagesI tried to call the company and was on hold for minutes before I gave upI emailed them five times and it took at least a week to respond to each, and the emails were generic responsesI asked for my money back and that I wanted to cancel my order, but the response was that they had already made it and sent it outWhen I expressed that I was unhappy, they offered to give me 25% off my next purchase with themWhen I said I did not want to do business with them, they then offered me a $voucher off my next purchaseThis company does not care about their customers or their quality of work, and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANYI ordered on October 28,and it is now December and I still have not received my orderWhen I check the website, it says that the order is only 50% completedAfter constant emails and phone calls, they promised me my order weeks ago and I still have not received itI WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER

I ordered a canvas print from printerpix on 11/Its been days and they still cannot even track status of my orderI called customer care times - times they said they are trying to track status and as ill email update in 24hrs, but no update everRemaining times their call system phones give error message "system down" - after ridiculously long wait timesTo make it worst, their system says their call center working hours are between 8am-6pm EST, but they will never pick up calls until 9:30am everydayFinally I called to cancel the order after days and was told that refund takes WORKING days - ridiculousI was told that cancelation confirmation will be sent in mins and as expected - NOTHING!!!
This looks like a classic online scam and I would caution anyone looking for prints to stay away from this site

I placed a canvas print order on 6/11/($57) I had not heard from Printerpix and decided to email about my order on 6/ I finally received a reply on 7/stating that the canvas material was backordered for another 8-days I contacted them via phone on 7/and was told the order was being stretched and cut I called again on 8/and was first told that the order was still on backorder When I challenged the representative that I was told previously that the order was being cut, they then said the information was incorrect They still do not have the canvas material I cancelled the order and requested a refund to my credit card I called on 8/since I have not received the refund and was told it will take 12-days to process

Worst product ever! Completely unsatisfied with product and company! Would like my money back! Totally not worth deal or shipping! Below is my review and complaints:

I would never reccommend this product to a friend and am quite embarrassed that I sent three of these calendars as giftsI feel like the many good reviews were lies or bought since this product is awfulI get my family a photo calendar as a gift every year for Christmas and have never had any issuesThey are always great and are a good reminder of the fun times we have sharedHowever this year I went with printerpix and was very diasappointed as was my familyThe calendar was much smaller than the other calendars even though it gives the same measurmentsInstead of giving one page for the picture and one page for the dates, all of it is on one pageFor this reason both the pictures and the dates are difficult to seeThe calendar is printed on both sides of the pages so that when you get half way through the calendar you have to take it off the wall and turn it aroundThis is a very cheap move and clearly just to save the company paperNeedless to say I will NEVER be ordering from this company again and am frustrated with the time I spent to make the calendar only to have it turn out so awful

I ordered two photo canvases for Christmas gifts and when received I was very disappointed in the quality of the work Canvas was bunched on the corners, crooked layout on frame, white backing showing on sides I would not recommend this company I wish I would've visited this site before ordering as I see now all the other negative reviews Someone needs to shut this company down so it doesn't affect any other people's xmas gifts

I placed an order at the beginning of December, using their mobile appIt's just shy of weeks later and I just get an automated email that the files corrupted and I should resend the photosThis would be fine if they had let me know, oh I don't know in the first week, but it took them TWO MONTHS to tell me?
They offered a 60% off coupon code for future orders, but why would I place another order when I know they'll never send anything?
This company should be investigated for taking money and not delivering a productThis is not right

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this companyWith each purchase I made from Printerpix, I received an email about protection from Identity TheftI now know whyRight after making my purchases, my debit card information was stolen and was used online for fraudulent chargesThankfully I caught it quickly and got my money back from my bankI filed a Fraud complaint with my bank and the policeThey both suspect that someone within Printerpix stole my info when I made my purchaseI emailed Printerpix about it and never got a response back from themI still have not received my orders and I'm not looking forward to dealing with them when I do

Printerpix is probably the worst company I've ever had to deal with! I submitted an order days agoWithin four days it's 50% processed and to this day shows 50% processedI cannot get an answer from them as to when it will shipI purchased four other calendars from two different companies and received them all within a weekI checked their Facebook pages, they have two, and there are nothing but complaints on the pagesApparently this company does this to everyoneHow they stay in business I have no clue

I bought several coupons from amazon local to use with printerpix for Christmas gifts (guaranteed delivery by Xmas)days before Xmas they send me an email saying they can't get the materials to make my products and I should make other plans for Xmas- but no offer of refund(In the mean time I'm still getting email deals promoting the same products they don't have!)One product showed up to my niece about days after- Very good quality they saidA week later, the other package arrived with someone else's photo creation in itI sent it back and sent an email- no responseAfter a week I Called them (put on hold for at least half an hour) and they agreed to reprint and send my packageThey said it would be here in daysIt will be the end of February before I can give my father part of his Christmas gift

On four previous occasions, I have ordered products from Printerpix and been very impressed with the quality of the photo books, print, and mug ordered as well as the time between placing the order and receiving the productThis was always well under the days stated, until now
I ordered a mounted photo print on August 12th for my brother's birthday in mid-SeptemberI used a sale code on the site, but no vouchersEverything went through, I received a confirmation email and was confident the poster print would get to my brother
My brother's birthday got closer and I emailed customer service, receiving nothing by an automated reply
After the third email, my husband phoned customer service and was told there were production delays and it would dispatch on September 15thThat day has come and goneThe status bar on the website today (Sept 24th) says my order is "being prepared for production" and all emails to customer service simply generate an automated reply
I guess I will just keep waiting, and so will my brotherWhat makes it worse is he works overseas as a diplomat, so there is an additional week delay on anything maied to him! Maybe it will arrive in time for Christmas, but I'm not hopeful
I regret ever recommending Printerpix to friends and family and will not be doing business with them again

I found printerpix through GrouponI decided to try getting a photo on metal to see how it lookedI even ordered a secondI have to say I am EXTREMELY satisfied with my purchase and have just begun my second purchase with themI have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone

TERRIBLE experienceIf I could give no stars I wouldI placed orders at the same time prior to Christmas- then right before Christmas received a weird email about some sort of strike and a coupon to use towards my next purchase telling me that due to the strike I probably would not receive my order prior to ChristmasWell, the first of the orders (again, placed at the same time), finally came right before new years (it took about weeks)Not so badHere's the kicker- NO information on my 2nd order! So I emailed the company trying to track down a tracking number or some indication of the status of my orderNO responseI gave it a week, then called customer serviceTook about mins of hold time to get someone on the phone and then they were incredibly rude and unapologetic about what was going onNot only that they could not tell me anything about why I had yet to receive my order OR when I would get itThey just said that "hopefully I would receive it soon." more weeks go by, STILL nothingI call againAnother or so minute wait time, and ANOTHER very rude personThis person was also unapologetic and unable to tell me when I would receive my order or if I even would at this pointApparently stars aligned though and almost TWO months after placing my order did my 2nd order finally arrive
Needless to say, this is NO way to do businessI would run far awayThe groupon or living social is not worth the headache especially considering that they charge an outrageous shipping fee PER ITEM
They did not earn repeat business with me and I would highly encourage anyone considering them for business to go anywhere else to get what you need

Please, do NOT order from this company!!!! I've never posted a negative review it's usually not worth my time, but this company ruined a very special gift for my parents anniversary It took over three months to receive the order that was supposed to be done in two weeks I wasn't responded to via email I waited on hold for over an hour on several occasions I was hung up on I've never experienced anything like this before Horrible company do not give them your money!
