Although the problem with my garage door was my error, Aaron was able to walk me through the process of maintenance, which l never did in the 7 years of having this door. Late Wednesday afternoon my garage door was not going down. I could do it manually BUT because it was meant to be operated with a motor it could not be manually locked. I panicked and called Precision because they installed a new motor 2 years ago.

Jessica in the office was wonderful and was able to get Aaron over in about 20 minutes from my calling in. Aaron found the problem and fixed an installment problem not discovered before and I was up (and down) running again AND most important my home was secure again.

Aaron was very thorough and personable and made me feel even better about choosing Precision as my garage door service.

Mr Shealy was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. He answered all my questions and explained what went wrong with my garage door. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.
