Great Service and Installation! Never knew a garage door could open so quietly.

This is our second time using Precision Garage Door Service. We are once again very pleased with the service provided. I highly recommend them!!

Kurt was prompt and knowledgable, very professional and thourough. He had all the parts on his truck and was able to do all the repairs right away. My garage door is much quieter now!

I called at 9 am and they gave me a time between 10-12. They called and arrived by 10:30. They were able to fix our issue right then. Very pleased and will recommend to anyone who needs garage help.

He quickly and professionally installed my new opener, walked me through programming of the remotes and the Home Link in our car, and even found and corrected a number of issues with our door and hardware that I was not even aware of. He is truly an asset to the Precision organization!

I understand what others have posted in reviews that Precision may initially seem more expensive than other options, but the lifetime warranty has saved me quite a lot of money in the long run. You get what you pay for, and I am very pleased with the quality of Precision and its people.

The technician that came out to our home was very kind. I was simply blown away by the amount of the quote. I received 3 other quotes from different companies and none were as high (or even half the amount!) as the quote from Precision. While there is value in a lifetime warranty, the quote didn't provide me a true return on my investment with Precision. And, after speaking with other people in our neighborhood, we were all quoted similar services. How is this possible that multiple people have been quoted the exact same services by the same company? It sounds like a scam to me. For a national company, this is surprising. I would not recommend Precision for an honest quotation process.

He did great work and went above and beyond to make sure my garage door worked better than it did before it broke. I would not hesitate to call Precision again.

Just had Dennis from Precision come by the house yesterday to talk about a repair and a replacement for my operator and my door. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and customer service-focused. After talking about my options I elected to just replace the operator. After installing the operator he took the time to essentially do a full tuneup on my 16-year-old door. The unit now runs like a brand new door. He took the time to make sure the new remotes and keypads all worked appropriately and that I was completely satisfied. In a time when customer service continues to become less of a priority it's nice to see Precision (and Dennis) place an emphasis on it.

On time appointment provided options and recommendations for each door. Very experienced and friendly. I would recommend Precision door to anyone and plan to use them again.

Ricky did an outstanding job on our garage door today. He kept me informed throughout the entire process on what was being done and the importance of what was being done. Called for garage door services got same day repair. James *** was amazing! He contacted me when arriving and was willing to alternate times if needed as I was rushing to get my child from school. He was very great at his job.

Ricky came out on a Saturday morning before he was scheduled. Spring was broken. Explained his safety check list and where the door scored. Have me repair options. Had a overhaul and the door is up to standard and working better than new. Warrantee transferable with the home. Didn't know that you need to have doors inspected annually. Ricky, great experience and he met all my expectations.

Called for a repair, with in 15 minutes I got a call from the Technician, Clint. He made it to the house in 20 minutes Explained what he was going to do and got right to it. A short time later we went over what he found and he repaired the door to like new working order.

Clint also went over three options for a complete "bring it to like new" condition. I picked two items I needed done quickly and asked him to send me the quotes so we could look them over and make a decision.

Clint was very easy to work with as the complete staff was. I will use them in the next 30 days to complete the repair of the door.
