Called company at 11am, technician was here at noon. Explained choices for repair, very informative and helpful. Cleaned up all debris and took away. I would recommend highly.

Richard was right on time (even though it was Saturday), was very efficient & knowledgeable. He fixed my problem in no time! I would recommend him & call him again myself!

Entire experience was first class. From making appointment to service, all very friendly and customer service oriented. Curt was extremely knowledgeable, communicated the problem, the possible solutions, without trying to sell anything and completed the job without issue. Had another issue he couldn't resolve but took the time to explain problem and what I would need! One of the best service calls I have ever had from any company. Would highly recommend them to anyone! Wish I had known about them for installation during construction of our home!

Great customer service! The technician called 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to confirm. He arrived on time and promptly went to work inspecting checklist items. Dennis was very professional, pointed out a few things that needed to be addressed and then proceeded to install 2 garage door openers explaining what he was doing along the way. When completed he also programmed the openers for my car. I would use Precision Door for any future needs and request that Dennis be my installer

I called the office and within a couple of hours John was at my house to help me select the right door and give me an estimate. He called ahead to be sure I would be there. Great service.
