Called first thing in the morning and they were at my house before 10 a.m. Everything looked over ahead of time and discussed exactly what needed to be done and could be done. Price clearly stated and time given to decide. Work done thoroughly and with no garbage left anywhere. I paid the bill and an itemized statement immediately sent to my email. I've used these guys before and will use them again.

Called for broken spring repair this morning and Precision sent a tech(Ricky) this evening. He arrived early(but called first to make sure I was home). He inspected the broken door and went over what needed done with me, explaining everything. I agreed and he gave the door a complete overhaul. We tested the door and it works great. I am very appreciative to have it repaired so quickly because I did NOT want to go asleep not able to shut the garage door!!!! I am so amazed to have a same day appointment!
