Manny was very pleasant and professional.
I have been using Precision Air and Heating for more than 10 years. The service I've received has been exceptional. Their recommendations keep my machines running in top performance mode and adds years of life to them. Beyond all that their people are professional, experienced and very nice. They make a person to person connection during a service call by saying something that tells me they understand me on a human level, not only a professional one. For example; I make pottery and when a service person sees me working he will make a comment about it or about art or something that connects on the human level I mentioned above.

My AC went out on Monday night of Memorial Day weekend. I called the number for Precision Air & Heating and spoke to Garrett. He told me he would arrive at my door the following morning at 8; he was there at 7:30 after calling me first. He kept me in the loop with all he needed to do, including taking pictures of the things that were wrong with my unit so I could see them as the unit is up on the roof. He had it cooling my house again in two hours. I was really happy with the service, the tech (Garrett was very polite and easy to understand as he explained about my AC which I know nothing about), and with the company as a whole who have made it very easy to pay for this unexpected expense. Guy and Marco did a great job installing my new AC unit including a change to my duct work that has greatly improved the uniformity of temperature throughout my house.
My wife and I just moved into a new house which has a 2 unit system. I requested Precision to come out and make sure the units were in good working order. My technician was on time and friendly , professional and courteous. After a thorough inspection of both the AC and heating units, he provided a detailed review of the status of all systems and provided multiple suggestions based on price and how in depth I wanted to service to units. I have used Precision multiple times and will continue to use their services.

Manny came out to do the annual maintenance on our air conditioning unit. He was very courteous. After the inspection, he used video of my unit to explain his recommendations for repair and maintenance. There was no pressure. He explained my options/cost and let me make the decision.
Louis was the man. Got the job done right! Ask for him for services.
Response is inaccurate per own receipt terms, both invoices clearly show more than 2 lbs of freon, this shows leak was the issue "Clearly" Garret the tech stated leak was not detectable anywhere in attic or outside and added 4 lbs of freon per invoices on both visits. I followed suggestions made as I am not a expert. Garret stated " I hate to have to keep coming out and perform maintenance and chafing when I can't find the problem, I can leave now and not charge you or call salesman for new unit" I asked what his recommendation was on repair and he said he could fill with freon since it was completely empty and did not believe it would leak. I did so and he said if I decided to by a new unit they would not charge 590.00. The salesman showed up and said the units are good to 10 years and was surprised thinking it sounds like a leak since everything works great when there is freon. I elected not to replace based off this information. The unit is not 2007 as Precision states, the home was built in 2009 and unit was brand new at time. Precision states people before profit but is not willing to represent terms of invoice accurately or stand behind the service I paid for which was for leak and freon. The invoice is coded very confusing with lots of codes and terms not easily understood by the customer and is being used in part to communicate only part of what transpired during both visits. I have only respectfully asked they stand behind work or refund. To date nobody has reached out from Precision after my calls. This is not people before profits or any guarantee of service as Erik B[redacted]t offers in his ads. Please help me resolve.
We had Precision Air & Heating, Inc. install an ac unit the end of July. They were so nice at first. They filled out a rebate from APS and told us that they would turn it in right away and we should receive our rebate in a couple of weeks. The guys who installed the unit accidentally dropped putty down the chute and it got stuck on my lifetime filter. I was told that it would be replaced. Over one month later, no rebate and I finally got my filter today 9/11/15 after calling the office and threatening to report them to the Revdex.com.
When I called the office the guy that answered the phone told me that they didn't turn in the rebate papers until the end of August. As soon as they get your money, it seems they don't want anything more to do with you. Our ac unit still makes noises like our old one. The person who sold us the unit told us to give it a couple of weeks to settle. We tried to contact him, but he won't answer emails or calls now.
My technician Sam was great. He was on time and provided excellent service. He explained everything that he was doing for me and went above and beyond his necessary duties for me. I really appreciate the service he provided me and my family.
Manny is probably one of the most professional servicemen I've encountered from Precision. Thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Phil K[redacted] was on time, nice and polite and very professional. He answered all of my questions. The area was clean when he left. I will gladly have Phil at come to my house at anytime. Good to have employees like Phil with great customer service.
I have been using this company for several years now and have always received professional service. Today was no exception. My a/c unit stopped working and I received service within 4 hours of my initial call. The technician was courteous and personable and diagnosed the problem within minutes. The unit was repaired in under an hour. Thanks to Aaron the tech guru.
