The two service technicians, Marco and Tony, were on time, clean, and wore booties whenever they walked on my carpet. They were very efficient, CLEAN, and never strayed from completing their assigned task.
They worked constantly and professionally throughout their time in my home.
The company was represented as professional at every turn from the salesman to the follow-up office staff.
I would recommend that you speak with Claude W.[redacted] (Salesman) for your next purchase. Claude has many years in the field as well as in sales.
I heartily recommend Precision Air and Heating for any and all of your service needs.
I have had a Service Agreement with Precision for 6 years. The customer service department is very easy to work with for scheduling. They, also, do a phone ahead prior to arrival and tell you the name of the technician. This week, Louis completed the yearly equipment inspection. He was prompt, courteous and answered all of my questions.
He showed me the areas of concern and left me with the information I would need in order to proceed with any repairs or replacements.
This company did a great job and their tech. Daniel was outstanding. We are very pleased!!!
The proposal by manny was informative and counties the strong performance by precision over the years we have accepted his proposal which was nicely discounted as well as presented and I strongly feel all work will be done to a great standard
Manny was very informative, prompt, and thorough.
Manny was very professional and courteous. Did a great job!
I've used Precision Air for about 15 yrs. Their prices are great and their technicians knowledgeable. There is no pressure. They will give you their review of your system and let you decide. Today I could do part of the recommended maintenance; but not all of it. My technician Nick R understood I didn't have the resources right now to do all of it. But, since the AC season is winding down anyway, I'll call him back in the spring to complete the maintenance work. Like I said, no pressure and the pricing is good and parts up to spec. I'd recommend Precision Air to anyone.
We recently had our central air conditioning unit serviced by Precision Air & Heating. It was a very positive experience. Their technician, James Shelton,
not only knew what he was doing, he explained what he was doing in easy to
understand language. His work and demeanor was totally professional. We
will not hesitate to recommend Precision to our friends and neighbors.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First, I would like to address the several false statements in the response from Precision Air & Heating.
1. “The concerns of her call related to a 1925 built home with a 2007 Trane unit not meeting her air flow expectations on the east side only.”
a. The concerns of our call on 5/30/2014 was that it was not cool in the east side of our house, not that we knew there was an airflow issue. We wanted to know why it was not cooling on the east side of the house. We wanted a thorough inspection that would resolve the issue (mechanical or otherwise).
2. “Mrs. [redacted] also noted concern that the duct work needed to be looked at because of the room addition to the home.”
a. We did not mention any concern of the duct work. This statement is completely false because the addition is on the west side of the house and cools perfectly fine.
b. We would not know that there was something wrong with the ductwork.
3. “The homeowner stated the unit was working and cooling properly and currently reading and indoor temperature of 79 degrees.”a. If our house had an indoor temperature of 79 degrees there wouldn’t be a reason for us to call you. b. We repeatedly called because our house was reaching 86 degrees.
4. “Our Field Supervisor, [redacted], contacted the homeowner this same day to discuss her air flow concerns in addition to advising the homeowner on the benefits of adding radiant barrier, vents and insulation options to the home.”
a. Their technician [redacted] who came to our home told us that there was not enough room to add a radiant barrier and that the insulation was adequate. He also assured us that the vents would help cool the east side room, which it did not. Hence our many calls after the vents were installed.
b. It is obvious that although he checked our AC unit, he did not thoroughly inspect it. Instead, we were charged for his inspection and he sold us on work that was unnecessary. It was later discovered that the AC unit itself was the main issue which was pointed out by one of their own technicians after all the air flow recommended work had been completed and paid for.
5. “The homeowner's initial complaint has always been of an air flow nature, never a mechanical nature.”
a. Our initial concern was that that our house was not cool and it was your “expert” recommendations that airflow was the issue. After having done all your airflow recommended work we did not get any results.b. If our complaint was never mechanical in nature, then why were we asked to clean the condenser and evaporative coil along with the airflow fixes? We paid for both mechanical and airflow recommended work.
To be honest, I would not be making this complaint had my temperature gone down even 1 degree from 86 degrees to 85 degrees. But it did not. I paid close to three thousand dollars with nothing to show for it besides ugly looking vents on my roof. Not to mention I have had rain leaks in my house since those vents were installed, the return was not placed where we requested, etc. At this point I don’t want anyone else to come out for the 7th, 8th, or 9th time. I’m sure any reasonable person could understand why. I would just like a refund on the unnecessary work that did not produce any results (vents, duct modification, return).
In terms of the airflow work, the only noticeable difference was the scoop that [redacted] installed. If you would like to charge me what the scoop would have cost from my requested settlement amount, I would be fine with that.
If this settlement is not accepted by Precision Air & Heating, I would like to request that this complaint be publicly posted on the Revdex.com web site.
Regards,
Hello. Precision Air & Heating, Inc. received the electronic notice of complaint on 6/12/2014. Our Company is working on a response at this time.

Manny gave me a thorough explanation of his observations and recommendations, along with prices and drawings to illustrate. He arrived at a good time early in the allotted window and was very courteous.
I do appreciate the fact that the company allows the cost of work done to reduce the price of the maintenance agreement, but I wish there was not always costly work needed.
Manny was fast and friendly. He was able to come in get right to work and tell us exactly what we needed. He was willing to discuss/answer extra questions about our unit.
I have never been more pleased with a company and it's regard for perfection as with Precision Air and Heating. From Meghan the scheduler to Claude the field supervisor, from Ricky to Aaron and Francisco. All were impeccable in service and gave a sense of true quality of care for me and my family. I am extremely impressed with the commitment to professionalism making this an overall pleasant experience. Applause to the staff of this company whose product and service is highly appreciated. Thank you for taking care of our needs quickly and responsibly. I will recommend you to others. Patricia MacRae
I had 2 technicians show up on time for two separate jobs. Chris H[redacted] worked on my AC unit and did a great job. He explained what he was doing and did a through job with my AC unit. Daniel M[redacted] worked on my water heater and did a great job with the repairs needed. He advised me of the repairs that were needed and what it would cost before doing the work.I felt they were honest and upfront with all the repairs. I would recommend Precision Air for all your plumbing and Air conditioning needs.
Very reliable and dependable. Very timely and technician (manny) quite thorough and knowledgeable. Used them for Preventive Maintenance on two home units. they found some issues. Unlike many AC contractors - they did not sticker shock me with high priced solutions. instead, worked with me to troubleshoot and come up with a reasonable cost effective solution. Very rare these days.
Manny did my annual service today. I found him courteous and knowledgeable. He is doing the suggested cleaning as I enter this. Very polite. I have always been satisfied with the technicians.
