He took his time explained what he was doing on each step and kept me informed of any problems he was encountering.

We had a new ac/heater and hotwater heater installed on 12-22. All four guys( James, Tony, Mario, Shane ) were very professional and did very good job. The sales rep. (Chad Hood) was very helpful and explained all work to be completed clearly. We are very happy with service provided sofar.

After a previous A/C repair apparently left a glitch, Precision Air promptly replied to my request for help--the day before a major holiday. I hadn't expected it, but after six hours to locate two slow shorts, there was no charge for the repair and I had a cool July 4th. [redacted] and [redacted] were pleasant, focused and got the job done. Even the office staff scheduling the appointment made me feel positive that I had the right service provider taking care of me. Nick has has been servicing my a/c unit for 2 year, he is a fine young man, and I will ask for him by name when I need service. It is a pleasure to deal with him, and Precision. I recommend them highly.

The service technician (Nick) listened carefully to the issues I noted with our two AC units and checked to see what the problems were. He explained clearly why the units were behaving the way they were and how he could fix the problems. The work was done in a professional manner and the work areas were left in good order.

We were left without A/C just as I was heading to bed for the night. It quickly climbed to 90+ in the house and sleeping was not going to be an option. Thanks to the 24/7 service of Precision I was able to get everything resolved and working. The Tech that came out to our house was very friendly, professional, and most importantly fast. I have every intention of calling them out to do my yearly checkup and cleaning for next summer, and will also have them do the same for when we fire up the furnace for the first time.

These guys are great! Yes, I mean all of them, every Precision employee I have worked with. James came out to service our old AC unit 6 months ago, and he was courteous, thorough and professional. He did not try to sell us a new unit even though he thought it was time to replace the old one, so rolling forward 4 months I didn't hesitate to call him when we needed follow-up servicing. At that time I decided to invest in a new unit rather than sink more money into the old one, and also to install a damper system to better control circulation throughout my two-level home. James called in Claude and Ricky to provide my estimate. I was impressed with their honesty and integrity, and once again the professionalism of this company was indisputable. Finally, big kudos to Guy and Eric, who both installed the new AC a month ago as well as the damper system, which they completed today. Friendly, hard-working guys. I work from home, and they went about their work quickly, quietly and efficiently, without disturbing my normal routine. I totally recommend Precision to anyone who is looking for great service when you have AC or plumbing needs. Two thumbs up!

We were very pleased with the prompt, courteous service we received from Precision Air & Heating. The tech, Jonathan B., came out within 2 hours of requesting maintenance on a Saturday. He was thorough, found the problem, showed me the issues and talked to us about our options. Jonathan had Mike come give us an estimate on a new system which we decided was the best way to go. We have installation scheduled in 2 days.

Good job. On time. Fixed my AC first time for good price.
