We had Precision Air and Heating give us a quote that was very reasonable and the following week, two installers by the names of Guy and Marco came out and put in our new HVAC unit. The two of them were pleasant, very thorough, never annoyed at my many questions, and can only be described as the type of professionals that you really hope show up when you need this type of work done. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and polite. I had a fantastic and easy experience with these two gentleman and am very pleased with Precision Air and Heating. It has been an easy and fantastic experience from start to finish.

RE:  Complaint ID # [redacted]To Whom It May Concern:Precision Air & Heating, Inc. respectfully responds to the above complaint ID for Mr. [redacted].Mr. [redacted] has been a customer with us since August 15, 2008 and continues to be a customer to date.Mr....

[redacted] initially reached out to us and scheduled an appointment for a Service call on his 1999, Carrier 3.5 Ton Split Heat Pump Air Conditioning Unit.  On this date, Mr. [redacted] contracted with us for the installation of a B[redacted]t 3.5 Ton 13 seer Split System Heat Pump.  This specific unit was installed on 08/16/2008. Mr. [redacted] ‘ new unit continued to work with no issues for over 3 years after his initial installation therefore leaving his claim of faulty workmanship (back to the installation date) unwarranted.  At this [redacted]e his unit fell outside of any warranty with us and his unit only held a parts warranty through the manufacturer.  Between the period of December 2011 through present Mr. [redacted]’ unit displayed over 5 manufacturer defects with his condenser coil, evaporative coil, condenser fan motor and reversing valve.  His service history with us is noted below: 08/15/2008 – Service Call. Quoted and sold new unit. 08/16/2008 – Installed New Unit08/18/2009 – Annual Maintenance performed through Contract. Unit fully operational.12/20/2011 – Annual Maintenance. Condensing unit not turning on.  Replaced Condenser Coil under Manufacturer Part Warranty.  No labor Warranty.01/09/2012- Replaced Condenser Fan Motor. No Charge.05/07/2013- Replaced evaporative coil, replaced TXV. Under Manufacturer Part Warranty. No labor Warranty.06/13/2013 - Performed pressure test on lineset to determine leak. No Charge.11/27/2013 - Restriction at liquid Line & Piston. Customer declined Service repair.10/08/2014 - Heat not used for 2 years. Found flare nut loose on coil, Replaced reversing valve. No Charge.09/14/2015 - Leak search performed. Oil on liquid line. Added refrigerant and ensured valve was tight. Charged customer for Freon only.05/31/2016- Diagnosed bad reversing valve and coil. Found a lot of oil in the evaporative coil pan. 06/06/2016 - Open call for repair pending. Customer receiving a 2nd Opinion for another company.Mr. [redacted]’ was charged a nominal and fair fee for our labor to repair these manufacturer defects and was not charged any fee for those which fell inside Company warranty, specifically the reversing valve/liquid line.  His theory that our company plagued his system is preposterous and quite frankly an insult to our Company who strives on Integrity, Quality and Trust and employs educated and certified Technicians in this specific industry.  We do not agree with the desired settlement desired by Mr. [redacted].  Our company has gone above and beyond and has taken immediate action in getting his unit working properly.  His unit worked for a period of over 3 years after installation before it underwent its first sign of failure.  Mr. [redacted]’ has already chosen to receive a second opinion from another Contractor and declined moving forward with us for additional repairs.  He communicated he has sought legal counsel as well.  Therefore, his settlement has already been granted.We ask that you close this complaint immediately and quash Mr. Fellow’s erroneous claims.Sincerely,Erik J. Manny from Precision was excellent. Very knowledgeable and provided expert advice.

Precision Air & Heating have come out and serviced our A/C for several years...Our unit sprung a leak and we had to come to the costly decision to get a new one....They had several payment options and helped us pick the right unit and plan for us (we are on a fixed income)...Marco and David were right on time and worked diligently in 108 degree weather for 6 hours...We could hear one of them singing while in the attic! They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite, friendly and professional...Knowing that an A/C is imperative in the Phoenix summer, we would definitely recommend Precision Air & Heating to any of our family and friends

Manny did a good job of explaining the problem and giving me helpful tips. I would recommend precision air to my friends.

The professional team of Guy, Eric, Keith, Josh and James with Precision Air and Heating recently installed two heating/cooling units at our home. They were on time to install the units, they were considerate, professional, and did a great job. With these cooler mornings it's nice to have heat again.

Manny did an outstanding job in inspecting our unit.

Our AC stopped working last night, the temp rose quickly in our home. I called Precision Air this morning at 6:30am and they had a tech to my house by 12:30pm (earlier than stated Eta). My tech was Kc and he was awesome!! Identified the problem very quickly, explained to me what the problem was, what part was needed and why it failed. He had to drive to downtown Phoenix to get the part, came back and completed repair. He was professional, reliable and friendly. No AC repair is free, but I felt the price was very fair and competitive. Thank you Precision Air and THANK YOU Kc!!!

Everything happened quickly. We called late last evening and was called 1st thing in the morning and here in 30 min. Manny is very profesional and explained things completely. I would recommend this company.

Precision Air sent their technician Aaron to my house today. Aaron was friendly and knowledgeable. He had my air conditioning unit fixed in no time. Extremely satisfied customer here!

Precision Air is a fantastic company providing a great service at a reasonable price. Manny V**a worked on our unit today restoring back to mint condition!! He was very trustworthy along with doing a magnificent job by paying special attention to the details of his work!! Thank you!! 12 stars from me!!!

I would like to thank Garrett for his extremely competent service. He was on time, efficient, and very informative about the problem. He had quick response and was very patient with me explaining both the problem and the solution for it. He was also very reassuring that the problem could be fixed. I really appreciate his kindness. Precision Air is very fortunate to have such a good employee. I would strongly recommend his service if he is every your technician.

Precision Air was fast and courteous. Our technician was Aaron A and he was very likable and took care of us. We would definitely use Precision again if needed.
