Power Ride's response is not acceptable since I have been complaining to their employees [redacted], and [redacted]) since the end of June. Their employees told us that "someone" would be contacting us regarding our concerns and complaint. I was even given the name of a "Mr. [redacted] who is supposedly the owner of the company, for escalation of this issue and I have not received any email or phone communications from Power Ride or from a "Mr. [redacted] We have been communicating with the company since the follow up order on June 15 and we have receive no responses. We (my boyfriend and I) have requested multiple times to send us an email confirmation regarding the status of my order or confirmation if the order was even ever processed.
Earlier today at approximately 9 AM (July 26), I spoke to Ashley again and she informed me that the accounting department was in a meeting for about an hour and they would process my complaint as soon they came out of their meeting. I received a notification via email from Power Ride (July 26 @ 11:17 AM) asking me to either process or cancel my order. They have been informed multiple times that I want to cancel my order and be issued a full refund since I have not receive my order. Not until we contacted the Revdex.com on July 11 did I receive any communications from Power Ride which was through the Revdex.com.
I have cancelled my order via email and phone message to Power Ride and have been requesting a full refund from Power Ride since June 30. All communications have been recorded via email or phone records since June 13 when I ordered the moped. For Power Ride to inform the Revdex.com that "We don't see the issue with customer in the customer acct notes" is incorrect as we have records of communications between Power Ride and us.
Ultimately, I want my money to be fully refunded ASAP as this issue has gone on long enough.

notified at all. There was no email, because we would have declined the model that they actually sent us. The "upgraded" model on their website was actually less expensive than the one we ordered. The upgrade was a cheaper looking version than what we ordered. This company is completely untrustworthy and will not own up to their mistakes!

They are lying. They never told me about the upgrade over the phone and did not send an upgraded invoice. NEVER!! Ask they to provide proof of the conversation on tape and proof that a revised invoice was sent. I was not told until I called to complain 4 days in a row, and was never able to talk to a manager. The customer service rep, [redacted] or [redacted] said she was told by the manager that they were almost the same and they decide to upgrade us. I said that this wasn't what we ordered and didn't want this one. If this was an upgraded item, why is the price lower online than what we paid? It's no wonder why they have an F rating at the Revdex.com. They are completely unprofessional. Ask for proof - they know they can't provide it because it was never given.

I was never advised that it had to even go through customs, the advertisement said they had it in stock. Seeing as they are based in California, in stock should mean in California. I was advised, again by some copy and paste response that it would be shipped early this week, and it is now Friday. You website mentions 2-3 days. Not even close, Obviously false advertising since it takes longer than stated, and that it obviously was not in stock or even in the country if customs are involved. I also tried to write a review on your page that was 1 starred and negative but conveniently your website automatically deletes any negative reviews to try and boost its rating and trick hard working people out of their money.

I was lied to. The company had told me they had shipped the part weeks back, even gave me a fake tracking number. This delay has caused us to loose business, in the form of a sale.
I demand a refund of the purchase price of the dirt-bike. I will not be shipping the product back as it will be costly and take my time which I value. I've spent more time on getting the prior dirt-bike repaired than actually using it. All four dirt-bikes had problems. They sputter, and seems like there is no fix to this problem. Product is defective. I had to change the carburetor on the one I have left, and it still sputters.

seat height is actually 29 inches. I called them about how to lower the seat height. But as yet, their technical department hasn't gotten back with me. Also the shifter is bent. Possibly because of the flimsy crate that it was packed in. The kick stand was going through the plywood by the time I got it. I called them about it and they told me they would send me a new one. Of course something else may be bent in the transmission. But when I get the part, I'll have to check that out.

In August of 2015 I ordered a moped from Power Ride Outlet's website. I became concerned they couldn't full fill the order, and tried many times to cancel. I even tried to go through Paypal resolution center, to cancel. Power Ride Outlet wouldn't email me back regarding which color to expect (as two had to be chosen), what the tracking info was, it why it was still not available tracking from their site. This is why I requested many cancellations (by phone, on-site email, personal email, and through Paypal) within a business week of placing order. At that point, I would have accepted a refund minus the 5% early cancellation fee. However, Power Ride Outlet now owes me for the lost of Paypal credit; and that is a minimum $985.58+interest(I was in a promo)+ fees related to the fraudulant remaining charge being the only outstanding order not paid for; and never seen, nor received by me.If over 100 people have complained, when is action going to be taken? Why should consumers have to feel wrongful affects of their business practices, before they are? Whom else is there to complain to?
I want them to refund my Paypal account, for the unseen order($985.58)+interest I wouldn't be claimed to owe ($?)+any fees related to non-payment to Paypal for this company's non-delivered order. They should also have to compensate their wronged customers, for the lost of credit, during and after charge disputes.

I wanted to talk to the manager about their return policy. Why should my son have to pay postage for a defective item and lose money on returning it. It never worked from the day we received it. I agreed to keep the product but wanted them to send my missing parts in addition to a credit. The only sent some of the parts that I have paid for and that the Go Kart was supposed to come with. I am still missing the whole front bumper and parts for the "credit" they told me I will get. It's been weeks later now so I just believe they are liars. I have an incomplete Kart but they have my money.

As you can see I have sent several messages to this company. We are missing the 2 rear wheels and tires along with the axle hubs that holds the wheels on. We also are missing the assembly manual for the 4-wheeler since it only comes 85% assembled. I have left messages and phone numbers with no call at all. I will attach photos to this message for you to see. I placed this order on December 15th as a Christmas gift for my grandson as you can see I am still trying to get what I paid for still today. the tracking links for this company never work. I was told I had to go through the warranty department because I had my order for about 2 weeks before I opened it only to discover that all the order was not there. Then I was sent a so called link for the warrant claim forms only it did not work either.

There was no a cancellation I got the product and had nothing but problems from the day of purchasing. I've sent in requests for new parts and replacements and never received them. The least report I sent in I was told it was old pictures and that there was nothing they could do. Same parts broke in the same place. Why have a warranty if you don't stand behind the product. The bike is a lemon plan and simple. That's the reason I'm looking for a refund. I was not informed about the money back guarantee until I did more research. It seems to me the company new after two months the product would beak that's why it's so short. The company's just in it for the money and doesn't stand but there products.

The company has sent me the form by email and the same day I've fill them out I've submitted 3 or 4 clams. The last one I've sent for some reason it never went through. So I went to the website tried and it again never got a response. I have 3 emails for the forms I've sent. It's getting to the point there not answering there phones and just putting me on hold. The company isn't trying to solve anything there just out to make a quick buck and move on the the next person. If there grade status is an "F" how are they still in business?
