Their "warranty" AGAIN is for replacement parts in which I would have to pay for shipping parts to them and STILL pay for repairs that shouldn't have occurred IF the bike was indeed new and not years old, and in good conditionThe email that I attached from the mechanic states that the bike is not only NOT new, but is made of cheap partsI want a refund of the entire monies spent on this bike that no longer is running and for money I already spent at the mechanic's shop

Yes my shipment was finally sent after numerous phone calls direct with this shipping companyI wish you would call the number provided by the seller and ask if my package and others where held up due to non payment I went through days of nonsense trying to get my product sent to meI called power ride and they was rather rude on the phone and told me there was nothing they could do for me and hung up the phone..in my opinion this is not the way to conduct a business and I should be compensated for there companies neglect to pay there bills this is not my fault

This is the same response as last time I do not acceptlike I have said on my previous statement there has to be something done to a business that can't afford to pay there shipping that has already been paid by the customergo ahead and call the number that they provided and talk to the shipping department about power rides non payment issues and how much freight they are sitting on due to non payment thankspower ride shouldn't be backed by the Revdex.com because there customer service and methods of handling businesses isn't on a professional manner
