The issue is the business has failed to acknowledge the fact that I had canceled my order on May 27, 2016, which was the same day I had the merchandise orderedI received a statement by email that stated "by signing it I would be refunded the amount of after 6% restocking fee." I signed the statement twice once through my email and the second time on their website
I have both written agreements saved and filed on my computerTheir return policy is if you cancel an order before it was even shipped they will return the amount you paid after they take 6% out of it
The business has failed to acknowledge their own return policyOn their website there are multiple conversation between the people who work the sales and myselfWhen I asked when my money would be returned to me they simply replied that their accountant was working on itAfterwards they never got back to me on returning my moneyIt isn't about being notified about working on the scooter and tuning the scooter; it's about the fact that I cancelled that order and have not been reimbursed my money even after following their return policy

The reason why I dont except because I have told them that when I took it to get it fix, the people told me that I needed to return it back to the people I purchase it fromBecause it was too many problems with the ATVMy son rode this ATV once and chain continuously popped offI explained this too them and they talk about the warrantyPaying for the problems was the issueThe issue is that I received a product from them that had several problems with it and they only wanted me to fill out a warranty thingIf theres no one to fix the problem I felt like they should figure out another way to fix itAnd the company was not trying toAnd if I returned the ATV they would charge me for several things and I haf to pay the shippingThere was parts rusty on the ATV that shouldnt been since I paid several hundred dollars for a brand new ATVI just would appreciate that I get some kind of compensations from all thisI gave these people for a piece of junk

I have explained my issues with your company over and over! I have called your company over and over with my complaints and still having issues! I want too be compensated!!!
