We have always enjoyed good experiences with Raleigh Heating and Air. We have had a contract with them since our unit was installed. They call to set up an appointment at our convenience twice a year to completely check it out. We have just had our Spring/Summer check. After it was completed, which took about a half hour, the technician came inside to explain what was done and that everything was in good working order. It gives us a very good sense of safety when they are done. We would highly recommend them.

We've been a customer of Raleigh Heating and Air for 10+ years and have always been extremely satisfied with their service. Their technicians are knowledgable, professional and courteous. The few times we've needed service due to a malfunctioning system, they were very timely in responding. We would highly recommend them.
Furnace died on our recent snow/ice day, of course. Put a web service request in at night, next morning they called, and were here within a couple of hours despite the road conditions. What they didn't know is I have some experience with HVAC and knew what the problem was. [redacted], came in, told me he thought it was the blower (which I was pretty sure was it), tried a capacitor which didn't work and they replaced the blower. What I appreciate was the direct honesty about the problem. [redacted] put the new blower in, cost about what I would have expected, and we are good to go! Very pleased.
Very professional service coordinating the visit. Provided an phone call 30 minutes in advance of arrival. Arrived well within the 8-12 scheduled time. Very respectful of our property, returned all thermostats to their original settings. Answered all questions. Service plan is paid in monthly installments, which helps with budgeting.
