We've used Raleigh Heating and Air several times in the last few years for our old (+13 years) heat pump. We found out about them when we decided to replace the ancient duct work in our crawl space, and were very pleased with their work and attitude during the replacement. They make a point of asking you if you're OK with what they did before they leave the premises, and they're willing to come back if you notice something weird after they leave.
We have used this Heating/AC company for over ten years and have always recieved the utmost service from everyone in the company. Never had we had complaint with their service and willingness to go the extra mile to assist us. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

This was our first experience with Raleigh Heating & Air. [redacted] O was the service pro. He spent a good deal of time going over both units. He found one part that tested weak and replaced it. We signed up for the service contract. I was a little confused on the service charge since the service pro was here for maint. We did get the reduced rate. [redacted] was very careful and cleaned up after himself. We already recommended the company to a neighbor.
Raleigh Heating and Air did a great job checking out our heat/air systems. I would highly recommend them. Nate was very efficient and friendly and the staff who scheduled were too.

Yesterday, [redacted] came for a regular maintenance visit, and in addition to checking on the systems- and fixing problems- he identified some other problems and was able to advise me on these as well. Friendly, helpful, and on time, dealing with Raleigh Heating & Air has been great.

Bright and early on April 19, 2016, [redacted] and [redacted] with Raleigh Heating and air, Inc, showed up on time to replace my 11 year old gas pack. The professional way they handled the installation was better than first class. I could not be anymore pleased. They removed all debris and left my yard looking better than before I came. I am extremely please with these gentlemen and RALEIGH HEATING AND AIR, INC.
Entire team was courteous. The service tech that came to my house performed thorough service on my HVAC and even corrected an issue I was seeing with my duct work damper. Thanks for the great service!

Professional , knowledgeable, thorough with fair pricing. We had Raleigh Heating and air replace all our duct work on the second floor after reviewing 3 bids they were in the middle, and did an outstanding job. When our downstairs 28 year old heat pump died, we had tem replace he entire system including duct work downstairs. It was immediately evident the technicians, [redacted] and [redacted], were knowledgeable and thorough. The finished job was above and beyond expectations for quality of materials and workmanship. [redacted] explained the project thoroughly, and took me through the installation when complete at my request. They used the best hangers for the system and ducts work which kept the elements above the dirt floor in the crawl space. The drainage system was as good or better than any plumber. Every detail was attended to. I highly recommend Raleigh Heating and Air
