Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #[redacted]. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. Understandably, the record shows what the representatives recorded, which was not exactly what had happened. I very much appreciate the company responding with the refund in any event. Thank you for this. I only received the new order two days ago, unsure of why it would take that long to arrive. I will have it in return mail within the next day.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Peak Life is bombarding my email address with several ads every day. I have never purchased from them, and have no idea how they obtained my email address. I'm tired of repeatedly wasting my time, unsubscribing. After I unsubscribe, I still receive them, so it doesn't do any good. This is harassment, and I want my email address removed! I want Peak Life to remove my email address and stop harassing me with their aggressive advertising. I'm not paying for Internet service for them to do their advertising. [redacted]

The business have still failed to answer the questions that they are required by law to answer and have made slaunderous allegations regarding my response.  Whilst they may not feel that there is a necessity to comply with the law and that they can illegally harass people, obtain details fraudulently and under false pretences and lie to people I do not follow such low standards. The information I have requested is required to be provided by law and their continued refusal to provide this within the timescales laid down in law clearly demonstrates that they do not have this.   They have failed to explain why they believe my time is worthless and that I should take time to deal with their criminal activities?  This matter has now taken a significant part of my time and I look forward to details of how they intend to compensate me for this. They have failed to provide a point of contact at a senior level for this very serious complaint and keep trying to constantly get out of answering the simple questions they have been asked or abide by the law.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. The business have failed to provide the details required by law or to explain why they consider themselves to be complaint with the law when they cannot provide these.  The details that they are legally obliged to provide are as follows:1) Written or recorded proof that they have my recent permission to contact me.  This should be in the form of something directly attributable to myself and not a generic IP address unless they have other information linking this to myself.2) Details of what reasonable belief they have that I would be interested in the products being advertised. In addition they have failed to confirm the identity of the persons sending the email or to confirm that it was directly sent from themselves.  In the case of the latter they have failed to state why they believe they are above the law given that their employees have admitted when called that they obtained the information fraudulently by illegally monitoring activity on websites other than their own or why they encourage their employees to lie about this on the phone. They have failed to provide a contact number or details for a Senior Director at the company (as they obviously get so many complaints) and still believe that they can lie about their criminal activities and expect to involve other law abiding citizens in this and how they intend to remedy the distress caused by this criminality of theirs.
Yours faithfully
