Revdex.com:
Peak Life does not take customer complaints seriously nor does it take its business ethics seriously If it did there would not be so many web sites devoted to warning people about Peak Life's business practices Unfortunately, I did not see these web sites before doing any dealing with Peak Life Based on comments and advice I read on these web sites I realized that Peak Life would continue to send unwanted product and charge my credit cardThat is their typical operating business practice I therefore, contacted my credit card company to block Peak Life from trying to make any more charges from my account and received a guarantee from *** *** that they would not block any refunds I am trying to obtain from Peak Life So Peak Life's claim that their efforts to refund my money were blocked are false Also the fact that their web site SAMPLE ordering page has a PRECHECKED box that supposedly authorizes more shipment of their worthless product demonstrates their underhanded way of doing business Again based on the many complaints against this company posted on the internet demonstrates the fact that very few people see this box or expect to have such a box on a page that you are supposedly ordering a SAMPLE Why would you think to order a product you have not yet sampled? Everyone of Peak Life's excuses is full of holes and untruths The only think that Peak Life takes seriously is defending their self destructive and unethical business practices with falsehoods I am again calling for a FULL refund of the monies that were illegally and unethically charged to my credit card. If, as they claim, they are blocked from refunding my funds then fell free to send me a check Peak Life can not say they do not have my mailing address since they have already mailed items to me

I still feel, actually, I know they use unfair business tactics to get people to buy a product that, in this case, made me sick. The Revdex.com should continue to monitor this company for unsafe product and unfair/unknown billing.
