Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my personal issues but not my concerns about their marketing practices in reference to complaint #***I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. I still think that Peak Life should change their marketing practice when they have a free trial to require that the customer trying their product then indicate that he wants to proceed with ordering and paying for an eternal monthly supply. I appreciate the Revdex.com's help in resolving this as I had asked PEAK LIFE for a refund and a way to return the merchandise but was refused . Without your help I would not have had any success. Thank you,

Revdex.com:
The problem is LifePeak order is that I ordered at cent bottle, not this $offer that they presented to Revdex.com as an attachment. The cent offer did not have this information about joining any subscription. It may be more of an oversight than purposely deceptive. Please do inform them to review their cent offer to be sure it conforms to the $offer, and they will discover they overlooked providing this on this offer. Thank you Revdex.com for helping me to resolve this issue and please be do let this company know it is the cent offer that is problematic

I appreciate the refund of $for the September shipment. I also expect a refund of the same amount for the October shipment. That package was marked "Refused" and is in transit back to the company.Additionally, they mentioned that I never called to cancel my "account". I searched their website for a place to do that. In fact, they never indicated in the original order that there was an account provided. They never provided me with any "account" information on the invoice of the shipment in September that would indicate I had an account to cancel. The only info I had was an order number. I did search their website for a place to view my "account" so that I could cancel, but there is nothing on-line to allow you to perform that activity. In fact I believe that companies like this purposely do this to make it difficult to cancel. I also believe that companies should have you check somewhere in the web order process to "opt in" for continuing shipment of products. Instead, this company makes it super simple to order their "trial" sample, but then forces you to remember to call within a preset period of time to opt out of future shipments. This is a shady process and I would not recommend doing business with this company as long as they continue this process.I will consider this issue closed when I receive refunds for all products shipped to me other than the "trial" order that I originally signed up for

Once again- I have given very specific information regarding the loss of money due to Peak Life's mistakeIt does not get anymore specific than the information I have given them on multiple occasionsThey are clearly trying to get around the fact that they made a mistakeAnd the "refund" they gave me was the unathorized withdrawal from my bank account they debited without my consentThey really need to own up to their mistake before I take this to a higher authority
