On 8/19/2015 they withdrew $34.98, On 9/18/2015 they withdrew $29.99, On 9/18/2015 they withdrew$4.99 , on 9/19/2015 they deposited $.29.99 and they there was a another deposit made the same day for $.499, on 9/28/2015 a deposit of $5.00. They are still holding a total of $32.97 of my monies

Also, the terms and conditions are on the invoice of the initial shipment along with thenext ship date. The customer was then billed for their first monthly product on 04/24/2015 in the amount of $34.98 ($29.99plus $4.99 shipping and handling), their second monthly product on 05/24/2015 in the amount of $34.98 ($29.99 plus $4.99 shipping and handling) and their third monthly product on 06/23/2015 in the amount of $34.98 ($29.99 plus $4.99shipping and handling). On 06/29/2015, the customer contacted the Peak Life customer service center to cancel their account and accepted a 60% refund of $17.99 to keep the shipment. To date, no returns have been received by ourReturns Department. On 07/07/2015, we issued the remaining refund of $51.97,for a total refund in the disputed amount of $69.96, as a good faith gesture to our customer. center to cancel the account and obtained return instructions. To date, no returns have been received by our Returns

as a good faith gesture to our
customer.

response to the above-referenced complaint, we have issued a refund in the

The customer signed up for their free trial on 06/21/2015. The customer was
then billed for their first monthly product on 07/09/2015 in the amount of $79.48
($69.99 plus $4.99 shipping and handling plus $4.50 tax) and their second
monthly product on 08/08/2015, in the amount of $79.48 ($69.99 plus $4.99
shipping and handling plus $4.50 tax). On
09/18/2015, this customer contacted Peak Life customer service department,
cancelled the account and a refund of $79.48 was processed. To
date, no returns have been received by our Returns Department. On 10/06/2015, Peak Life issued an additional refund in the amount of
$79.48, bringing the total amount refunded to $158.96, as
a good faith gesture to our customer.

Inresponse to the customers rebuttal, and again apologize that the customer’sexperience was not a positive one, we attempted to process a refund for thedisputed amount of $34.98 however it was declined due to the chargeback on thisorder. The chargeback with the credit card was issued on 07/05/2014. Themonthly supply tracks as delivered to the customer on 07/03/2015 and to date,no return has been received. This is currently going through a dispute process with the customer’s financial institution and we are unable to process a monetary refund.We apologize for any inconvenience the customer may have suffered. On 04/13/2016, the customer contacted the Peak Life customer service center to cancel their account and obtained return instructions. On 04/13/2016, a refund was issued in the amount of $55.96. To date, no returns have been received by our Returns Department. On 04/18/2016, we issued the remaining refund of $54.60 bringing the total amount refunded to $110.55, as a good faith gesture to our customer. Please add your rejection comments below. Over the course of several emails I was asked to provide pictures of transactions made before and after they withdrew money from my accounts, causing me to over draw on two accounts. I Provided all documents she requested which clearly show where I had receive an "overdraw" on my accounts. I will continue to reject any responses made by Peak Life until this is resolved fully seeing as this cost me unnecessary headache and out of pocket cost due to THEIR mistake. I should not have had to pay for an error on their behalf.
