These people are absolute thieves! They sold me a product that was used, as soon as I got home and opened it saw that someone had replaced parts of the product, after trying to call and getting no answer on the phone I drove back to this Walmart, even though there were several customer service reps there they refused to even talk to me about my issue, and when I went to try to talk to another associate, the girl from customer service actually walked up and told the other associate not to help meIdk what kind of scam their running here but I am immediately reporting them to the Revdex.com after writing thisI greatly regret walking in this sketchy store and, I don't care about the few dollars I lost but no store should be allowed to do that to people

Walmart is a joke and no good I bought a tire from them days ago and it goes flat every day I sent my wife there to get it fixed they took her keys and refused to help her my wife had to *** her keys from the employee so she could leaveI went the next day to try and get it fixed and the same lady looked at my reciept and said she would be back they got another manager and he said I can't honor our warranty and tried to blame the tire on my wife and tried to sell me another one I fefused and I said to honor your warranty or I was going to get a lawyer and he told me to get my st and get outI then was going to my van that had my bosses company logo on it they called my boss and made up a story and tried to get me firedI have never been so upset and I think they should stand by there warranty and replace my tire and they will be hearing from my lawyer soon

Sunday went to the west Ashley circle Walmart in Charleston South Carolina to return recalled Swiss Rolls & was refuse by young women working the customer service desk because they were expired & I didn't have the receipt even though I bought them the week before! So they're selling items extremely close to their sell by dates! & I won't be buying any food items or shopping there again! She stated that Walmart doesn't take expired items without a receipt! I called the following day to express how I satisfied I was with the service to rushed off the phone by someone pretending to a manager! I called the the corporate to claim & they connected me w/ the proper customer service by the name of *** who told me to come today before 6pm which I did he wasn't there! Now I'm irritated! I've been giving the run around since Sunday over some recalled Swiss Rolls!

After my husband William's eye exam it was discovered that his prescription hadn't changedWe proceeded to go next-door to the vision center so he could get new frames for his existing lensesAfter standing around for about minutes finally someone came to "help"My husband explained to *** that he just needed the lenses from his old glasses put into a new frame*** seemed baffled by this requestWhile smearing his greasy thumb all over the lens, he told my husband he wasn't sure if they could do thatMy husband then asked him if he would call someone to see if they could do it The look on his face was that of a deer in headlights and he proceeded to explain to my husband WHY they couldn't do itHe told my husband they would have to send the old glassed and new frame to the lab, to which my husbands responded OKThen he said that they couldn't do it and that my husband would have to do it himselfMy husband, looking puzzled, said really? *** said yes because we cannot do it here we would have to send it to them to the lab, To which my husband said AGAIN okayThinking that *** was trying to say that there would be additional cost involved, I joined in and said that didn't matter because his work would reimburse him since they were safety glassesMy husband said yeah, but *** insisted they couldn't do itFeeling completely frustrated at that point we both got up and went off leaving the other products on the table that we were going to buyI looked at *** and told him, you can put things away yourself! This Walmart store would not except coupons that would not scan
On 07/31/about 6:pm I tried to used two $off pack Coca cola product coupons to buy coca cola products at Walmart Harrison RD
Macon, GA The coupons was not excepted and my wife and I was told by Ms*** *** that if the Coupons would not scan they could not except the coupons My problem with this is that I have shop at this Walmart before and use the coke coupons there before I have never had any problem with any store that except coupons other than this oneI don't believe this is truly Walmart policy not to except coke product coupons

I canceled an order for glasses , but they tell me they can't refund the money from the gift card that the associate used my debit card for
