I had a issue with a drain pipe that was not a real easy fix but [redacted] came out and accessed the situation and explained what needed to be done and gave me a quote with the best case scenario and worst case scenario. I scheduled a appointment to have the repair done and [redacted]. came out to do the repair. He was very polite, cleaned up after the job was complete and was done in a timely manner. I would recommend Parker and Sons because of the two guys I dealt with.

Efficient and great deals for returning customers. We have used them for our AC and plumbing. No complaints and I will use them again.

The technician that came to check everything out was very polite and used his shoe protectors when he came in the house. He covered everything that he was tasked to do as he went over the checklist before leaving. I did ask if he could provide information on controlling my A/C remotely and he said he would have someone get back to me about it but so far, and I understand it has only been one day but no one has gotten back to me.

Air conditioner went out last night in the middle of the night, on one of the hottest days of summer, called Parker and Sons at 3:30am in the morning and they were out to our house by 4:30am and our house was cool again by 5:30. What a relief! I am totally happy with their service and surprised at the low cost. Our tech was very polite and professional. This was for sure a very positive experience and a good way to start the day. Thank you

We had a plumbing leak under our kitchen sink. We called Parker & Sons on 2/15/2016 in the late afternoon. We were told that someone would be out between 8:00am and 12:00pm on 2/16/2016. We had a call from Patrick Halling 1st thing this morning advising he was on his way! Patrick was great. He had the piping needed in his truck and the job was done quickly and professionally! I recently had my water softener, water heater and fan in my air conditioner all go out about the same time. I have to say I am very, very impressed with the services Parker & Sons provided me. They installed everything very quickly and they were extremely courteous. [redacted], the individual who repaired my air conditioner took extra time to explain to me what exactly the problem was and what I can do to help my air conditioner last a little longer. I felt he took extra time to ensure I understood what he was telling me. Even the gentleman (I forgot his name) who helped with the water heater gave me instructions on what to do to help the water heater last a lot longer. I really appreciate the time they take to ensure I am comfortable and knowledgeable about the systems they repair or replace for me. I would recommend them to anyone!

Purchased a new heating and cooling system. Most pleasant transaction I have ever done. Extremely professional with no sales pressure. Our options were thoroughly explained, pricing was explained, and the full extent of the work to be performed was explained from step 1 to finish. The sales person Justin Bieber (not the Canadian it) was highly knowledgeable and provided information in detail as to what we wanted and how they could improve our system. Installation crew was great and courteous. Highly recommend Parker &Sons.

We followed him to Parker and Sons because we had always given him a 5 star service rating. Had major plumbing issue. After two other attempts from another company called Parker and sons and from hello to the end of the job I received great service and they fixed it and did great job. So happy with plumbing. Signed up for heating and cooling service. Can't believe I am now 2 for to for great service. Did winter service on heater and provided friendly great service.
