Parker & Sons came to our rescue when they took care of changing out our old valves directly behind a pedestal sink. Another plumbing company said their tools would not fit behind the sink and wanted to remove the sink before changing the valves.

A/C checkup today. Matt E. was very courteous, clean and professional. Arrived on time, answered all my questions, and provided knowledgeable feedback on the condition of my equipment. Gave me options for preventive care without being pushy.

I have been a customer of Parker and Sons for years and have used them for AC, various plumbing jobs, water softener and R/O. [redacted] has been my AC Tech for as long as I can remember..... I ALWAYS request him! In this day and age, Customer Service really seems to go by the wayside, but not with [redacted]. He takes the time to explain everything and always does a great job. And always with a smile on his face!

Parker and Sons AC Technician [redacted] has done our six month "checks" for the past several years. He is always professional and courteous. [redacted] takes the time to do complete inspections and explains what he has done, as well as the "readings" and what they mean. While we have always gotten great service from Parker and Sons, the only company we call for our AC/heating/plumbing needs, when it comes to our ACs we always have and will continue to request [redacted] as our technician.

Luke W[redacted] of Parker and Sons, Inc. investigated our hot water tank leak, listened to my requests for a limited repair, investigated everything relevant, wrote up a recommendation, and was always mild and smooth in his manner. I make it a habit not to trust first impressions and smooth talk, but he came across as as a knowledgeable, nice man who would be a nice catch for an unmarried daughter. But surely he must be married.

I called on a Monday with my problem, Justin came out, accessed the problem. Said he would be back the next day to fix my problem. He arrived and within a short time mr new toilet was installed. All works very well.

I have been a customer of Parker and Sons for many years. Ken P. has been my AC technician for most of that time. He is honest, professional and proficient. He takes the time to explain how my system is operating, and if there are concerns, he explains all my options so I can make an informed decision. I have always felt that he is an advocate for the customer, not a salesman. Most importantly, I trust him.

I had both the air conditioning and plumbing services on the same day and was extremely pleased with both. They both came well within the allotted time and finished before the 4 hour time block allowing me to continue with the rest of my day's activities. Both technicians were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and when they left, their work areas were neat and clean. [redacted] (water treatment) even went beyond the scope and helped me with the filter on my refrigerator and [redacted] (air conditioning) braved the heat of the attic and outside to do an excellent job, giving me the confidence that this summer my air conditioners will operate keeping my house cool and comfortable.

I recently had Parker and Sons add faucets/etc. in two bathrooms in our home. The experience was very positive and professional. We chose Parker and Sons based on previous installation of an air conditioning system and were impressed at that time with how well everything went.

In each case we looked at competitive bids and customer comments regarding each company we were considering. Parker and Sons, although not the lowest bid, was the overall best supplier when it came to response to invitation to bid, product knowledge and professional appearance of personnel.

The technicians were prompt;courteous,knowledgable and did exactly what I expected. The jobs were done, in each case, to my satisfaction.

Parker and Sons are professional in every detail, and their employees exude that in their work and mannerisms.

Saw water leaking from unit, not down drain pipe, called and was told they would be out that day and what time would be convent for me. I told them anytime since I'm retired. They were here at 4:00, found the problem, ordered up new part and came back the next day and installed. Couldn't ask for better service. Parker & Sons are my Plumbing and AC people.

on his service call to our home on Monday August 11th.

I needed repairs on the outside water supply line and shut off valve to my house. When I went to the mail box to get my mail I saw a Parker & Sons Truck parked at a house across from the mail box. I talked to a young man installing a new Air Conditioning unit.([redacted]). He gave me one of his cards and suggest that I call for service. I did when I got home and made arrangements to have a plumber come out and look at the problem. [redacted] came out within 2 hours and quoted me a price which I felt was fair and gave him the OK to do the job. He completed the work very efficiently and promptly. Within less than one month we called Parker & Sons twice. First was for a new hot water heater, then this last weekend our a/c went on the "fritz".

[redacted] (water heater) and [redacted] (a/c) were awesome. Each knew what the problems were and within 3 hours for each appliance our issues were resolved to our great satisfaction.

We are so very pleased with everything about Parker from initial phone calls (only one call on each problem was needed - on a Sunday, at that for the water heater). My first call was taken by [redacted] who really knew her business about water heaters. The second call on our air conditioner was taken by [redacted] who was also very knowledgeable about a/c units. The promptness, service and professionalism we received from the technicians was more than we'd experienced in past dealings with another company.

We were also very pleased when we received a letter after the water heater installation that Parker & Sons donated to Special Olympics.

After many years dealing with another company who was a bit pushy and did not keep appointments on time along with extra charges they included, there is no way we will ever leave Parker & Sons and hope all of our AZ friends and family will also utilize their excellent treatment of a customer.

Victor O. Showed up exactly when he said he would and was very knowledgable and very professional. Went directly to the problem and checked out other potential issues. All else was good other than the original problem. He also showed dedication while in the HOT attic checking and changing the part necessary. Very pleased with the price and service.
