Parker and Sons

I recently purchased a new a/c system from parker and sons, it was installed on april 22, 2016 it was promised on that day and was done as promised. I am very satisifed with the imstalled and very impressed with the knowledge and prof.. of the lead installer mr. Larry [redacted]. parker and sons are lucky to have such an exceptional employee. I was in the ac business in massachusetts so I know what it takes and Mr F[redacted] has it!!!!

Parker is the only AC/ Heating company we would use. They are professional, on time and know their stuff. No hype just gets the job done whenever we have had to call.

I had a water heater installed. From the call to schedule thru the whole process, Parker & sons were awesome! Luke did a fantastic install... It looks nice and professional. He went over the water heater, valves, and basic operations. Really made it an easy and understandable process. Thank you!

I had the occassion to contact Parker & Sons in February regarding an issue with my Hot Water Heater. When I called to request service, they were extremely helpful and told me they would have a Tech here by end of the day. I also decided to purchase the 3 Year service plan with includes Spring and Fall Maintenance on Heating and Air Conditioning. In addition to the Maitenance, when you have a Service Contact with Parker and Sons, you also receive discounts on parts and work that need to be done. They did and excellent job. When they did my Air Conditioner Maintenance in April, we found it was time to replace the units which we did in early May. Then we had an issue with the Sewer Pipe from out house to the street that needed to be replaced. Parker & Sons is staffed with technicians and the equipment to handle all these issues. And, the staff that handles their calls are very easy to talk with and whatever commitments they make regarding time of arrival, call ahead of arrival, etc exceed all my expectations. They are a fantastic company and call about their customers.

I am very impressed, Ralph was on time, very knowledgeable in his field, and very nice. He explained everything where I could understand, gave me prices, and went to work. My plumbing is good again thanks to Ralph. He also gave me a lot of good maintenance information how to keep things running smoothly. Thank you Parker and Sons, and Ralph. I really appreciate your prompt service and professionalism. I will always call them from now on.

Robert was timely and professional. He repaired a leaky faucet in the kitchen sink and helped with a couple other issues .He answered all my questions with a smile and I did not feel as those he was rushing to leave . Robert was tidy and knowledgeable and someone I would call again. I also appreciate the shoe covers ,great job.

Living in an older house with things needing repairs done from time to time, I always call Parker and Sons. We have used other companies in the past but have found this company to be very honest and prices very reasonable. The techs go out of their way to explain things and give alternate choices to save you money. I can't say enough good things about Parker and Sons. They are the best!

On 3/12/14 we had Parker & Sons replace our old central A/C system. They helped us purchase the equipment through another retailer where we would receive a rebate on the equipment purchase price; Parker & Sons would do the installation. This was a split A/C system with the condenser outside on the ground and the air-handler located in the attic craw space.

Parker & Sons showed-up on time with a crew of 3 men who first protected the pathway through the interior of the house to the attic access. They then started disassembling the old equipment and placing it out in front of the house. While this work was going on, a delivery truck arrived and unloaded the new A/C equipment.

A short while later, while the new equipment was being installed, a salvage truck came by and picked-up all the old equipment and the packing materials from the new equipment.

The 3 men worked quietly and efficiently and had the new system up and running in about 7-hours. This installation also included an additional vent to an office area, a new return air grill, and a new thermostat.

When the men departed, the area was left clean with no evidence (even fingerprints) that they had been here.

The equipment has been in operation for a month now. It is oh so quiet and it’s a “set it and forget it” operation. Our old equipment was noisy and we were frequently adjusting the thermostat to try and get comfortable.

We have used Parker & Sons before for plumbing and A/C services. We’ve always been pleased with their service and were pleased this time too.

Just had them install a new Lennox AC/Furnace system. The whole process, from quote to installation, went very smoothly. The system works great. I bought the system through Costco and am very happy.

Tired of being scammed by your A/C company? I was...after 20 years of $$$ wasted, I followed a friend's referral..and was so pleasantly surprised. Skeptics, there is an ethical company that hires/trains workers that first have a moral compass..they are almost reverent about the work..it's fast and good..but it's the people over process that eliminates the trumped up problems$$...I love their maintenance program.

Try them if you are having that uneasy feeling about your company. One visit and the contrast is clear..I felt like [redacted] was my personal technician..and then [redacted] was wonderful,too.

We have had nothing but positive experiences with Parker and Sons. They replaced a rod on our water heater that was not even installed by them. We would highly recommend them.
