business practice that holds hostage over dollars in rewards point for a late fee of only Especially since I wan not aware of the late fee until I received my monthly statementI reject a business who treats their stellar customer in such a disrespectful mannerIn addition, in over two hours of conversation with MT Bank about this issue, not one customer service agent was able to give this explanationAs a result I have redeemed for cash all of the rewards points available on this account I have transferred all automatic payments using this account to another credit card accountI do not intend to use this account again, and once I receive the in credit on this account I will be closing itIn addition I will not be using MT Bank savings except to keep the minimum required on my balanceThis is due to the extremely low interest rates that MT Bank pays out

For your reference, M&T made no offer to resolve the complaint. The letter from M&T Bank only confirms the facts that I had reported to M&T and listed on my complaint to the Revdex.comM&T continues to insist that I had authorized the charges, what I vehemently deny. My actions, first disputing the charges and later on (due to the total ineffectiveness of M&T) requesting the blocking of any future charges from this merchant, clearly demonstrate that I had never authorized M&T or the merchant to charge my accountAs I matter of fact, I challenge M&T to provide written evidence that I had authorized the chargesOnce again, I request Revdex.com's assistance in resolving the matter as the response provided by M&T is unsatisfactory Regards, *** ***

I am addressing some inconsistencies with your reply and I will do so with the Revdex.com as wellFirst, you stated that no one at the branch was aware of the promotion when I opened my account on 08/20/15. That is a lie -- Jane H*** told me that everyone at the branch knew and they were not allowed to tell me. Why would I make that up? Also, regarding Jane, she stated that I could NOT withdraw any money out of my account. Her supervisor told me that she addressed the issue with Jane -- so lie #Finally, I would like to hear from someone other than your regarding my complaint, for I do not appreciate your tone in the letter and how unprofessional it wasAlso, I am taking a copy of this letter to the television stations (in New York and Maryland) so that they can do research as wellI had to ask you no less than times to address this issue and there was no replyI know there's someone in the Office of the President who can contact me regarding this problem that you so poorly addressed.Very dissatisfied and I will let as many people know as possible to avoid using M&T Bank*** ***

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear I am unable to view the attachment in the said response from M&T I do not have ore been able to retrieve any comments from my statement from NOV Maybe others were notified but we did not receive such notification Regarding the change in the accountHad I been properly notified of charge we would of change account types Also, my wife was told she had here account changed but her account is still getting a fee of this past month we did note there was more monthly fees reimbursed but I had never said this was fully acceptable Please ensure our account is a free checking or we will change our bank Regards, *** ***

Complaint id is ***As you see in one picture I had a positive balance in my account after all the purchases was made and in one picture you see me getting charged another overdraft fee for a purchase that was already cleared this has been happening multiple times and it's tiring I'm just ready to close my account as soon as I get my lawsuit money

I would argue that speaking with the M&T representative who stated we where still in forbearance until March, I asked for clarification on when the payment needed to be paid, he explained that the September payment would be due April not March as indicated in this letter. Also inlight of the over-estimated fees and the monies that have been applied toward our principle that Bayview did not apply properly, I should expect NO further penalties to our credit(This was in a letter dated March 8, from Bayview Loan Services)Thank you for resolving this issue quickly.

Attached please find the documentation the bank sent to meI apologize that it is difficult to read, they sent the copy of a fax, which I then scanned, so it's not very clear. If you read the dates and the notations, it is easy to see the confusionI ordered the product and received the
first shipment in early August, the second shipment was charged mid August and ready to sendWhen I spoke to the company they said they would cancel the current order, which they did as indicated in the email I received, but they had already charged my cardThey were supposed to refund; I notified the bank to not release the funds, but the USPS delivery confirmation for the first order has been mistaken as confirmation I received a second order, which I did notThank you for reviewing my complaint
