We have dealt with Stephen R*** at Plessers Appliances on numerous occasions We are a Florida based Building Contractor and have ordered several sets of appliances for new custom homes as as well as remodeling projects From day one, I have been very impressed with Stephen and his dedication to outstanding customer service He is always very knowledgeable, helpful and professional We will continue to use Plessers due to Stephen and have referred several individuals and other contractors to him
Robert was incredibly easy to work with and did not at any point try to up-sell meHe listened to and patiently answered all of my questionsI had done my research found his opinions were honest and based on personal experienceThe products at Plessers are high end and so is the sales serviceThey surprisingly had lower pricing (product, install, and delivery charges) than other local retailers that typically discountI'm glad I went in and would highly recommend them, and Robert Nielsen personally
Presser's charged my account without consent and shipped products when they were previously advised not to do so
Subsequently, I canceled the order and was later charged a restocking fee of $ I should not be liable for this fee since the charge was initiated without my consent and no signed receipt Additionally, I was never made aware of any restocking fee policy and there is no such verbiage on any documentation I should not be held liable for this restocking fee for the previously mentioned reasons Several attempts were made to contact a representative but do not receive any response

I first noticed a problem with our appliance about months after we received the fridge I complained about months after, I felt like the seal was an issue and told them this but was assured this was not the case and it was the drain line in the bottom of the fridge (it kept and still does collect water) At the beginning I did buy an extended warranty because of this being a very expensive fridgeAnyway I complained again because of what I felt was an ongoing problem (it defrosts, freezes and then leaks) Plessers sent out some one to fix the problem who (private company) then informed us the seal has never met up properly because it looked the door was damaged in transit and this was causing the extreme temp change but this was not covered by the warranty, however Plessers decided to cover the part because of how expensive the refrigerator was and because I had called previously about this problemI opened the complaint again last November and have called and emailed severa
I had a problem with a Maytag Fridge it was making a lot of noise I had the Maytag service man
at the house five(5) times .Called Steven S the sales man he had Matag call me they said that there was nothing with the machineSteven had Joline M*** call me I sent her a audio of the noise and said we should not have to put up with this machine Plesser,s came through thanks to Joline I now have a new GE running quiteI just want to say Thank You so much Joline and Steven for the help you both gave me I would recommend PLESSER,S in a heart beatThanks Again *** *
