I had bought a refrigerator for my mother less than a year agoIt started making a loud noise and the freezer would freeze and then completely defrostI had to deal directly wtih Avanti, which was unforturnate as their reps sound like they are repeating the same things over and over againNeedless to say, after service calls and the refrigerator reverting back to not only the Freezer freezing like Alaska, the refrigertor was warmIt was so warm that fresh milk could not be kept longer than days and cheeses would turn moldy and leftovers could not be keptWhile going back and forth with Avanti for over weeks, Joline M [redacted] of Plessers was keeping tabs on what was happeningShe would call me to follow up and then call Avanti to follow up and agreed with me that the unit should be replacedWhen I tried to get Avanti to replace it, they gave me the run around explainging that the service man has to say it is unrepairableSince he kept fixing it and then it would have the same problem a couple of days later, it was considered "fixed"Joline then followed up with them yet again and got them to replace the refrigeratorShe knows what she is doing and how to get things done! I can not thank her enough - If I did not have Plessers to back me up, I would more than likely still be calling Avanti! I am a repeat customer for Plessers in Babylon, NY!!! They stand by their sales and take care of youHighly recommended!!!

I purchased $12,over the phone with sales agent John D [redacted] I purchased a complete black stainless steel Samsung kitchen suite (Family Hub refrigerator, gas cook top, hood, dishwasher and double oven) plus matching Samsung Flex Washer and Flex Dryer both with pedestals The prices were the lowest I could find on the internet or online, plus shipping was free and there was no tax I also got an in store and Samsung rebates on top of the low pricing Items were delivered by freight as promised and in pristine condition I have recommended Plesser's to family and friends and will continue to shop their store I highly recommend them!
Presser's charged my account without consent and shipped products when they were previously advised not to do so Subsequently, I canceled the order and was later charged a restocking fee of $ I should not be liable for this fee since the charge was initiated without my consent and no signed receipt Additionally, I was never made aware of any restocking fee policy and there is no such verbiage on any documentation I should not be held liable for this restocking fee for the previously mentioned reasons Several attempts were made to contact a representative but do not receive any response
