I see a lot of negative comments and I don't know if it is the location, personnel, misinformation or what I went in with my eyes open to what this loan might entail They worked out numbers and told me what they could do to help There was constant contact back and forth keeping me updatedThink it took about 3-days to get everything completed The final day when I went in to sign paperwork was the first time I met the woman I had been dealing with On the phone she was extremely pleasant and polite and it was no different in person

I had no problem with the way my loan request was approvedI took an amount smaller than what they actually offered meThen I keep getting mailings encouraging me to apply for moreBut when I do I get declinedVery annoying to get promotions and then get declined and I've never asked for more than I was offered when I applied for the original loan which I have paid as agree every month

Burkhardt heating and cooling recently completed a large scale project at our homeNot only are we completely satisfied, but their high quality work and exceptional service has made us customers for lifeThey replaced our zone furnace and AC while also relocating them to a more desirable and efficient location within our basementIn addition to that large undertaking, they also moved our gas line, replaced the zoning dampers, added a whole house humidifier, and fixed some duct issues we hadTo top it all off, their new design also planned for the efficient addition of a future 3rd zoneEveryone (Bil, Dean, Troy, Dan, Ken, and Aaron) was simply fantastic throughout the days they were hereThey were patient with an overbearing home owner like myself and made sure I was satisfied with all aspects and details of the workI recommend them for all of your future heating and cooling projects based on our overwhelmingly positive experienceOur house is now so much more comfortable and efficient!

One Main Financial was very niceEven the other two employees was talking to my toddler and my year old and gave them something to color with and onSo I could get what I need done so I didn't have to chance a toddler aroundNo one was ever rude in person nor over the phone

You will not gain from taking out a loan from this placeThe interested rates are extremely highAnd the money for paying back this loan could've been a certified used car or the cost of graduate school tuitionYou do better by trying to attempt to settle the debt than to take a loan from this agency

Unlike a bank, Customer care and needs are not offered to customers who need helpI wanted to give the benefit of the doubt to one main in a severely time of needI have never missed a payment or been late for oneI asked for an increase on my loan and was denied.I ***'t understand why one main would turn away honest business..To me that's not smart businessI apologize for sounding bitter, I am just stating the factplease feel free to call me if discussion is needed
